I put more details in a post here on reddit: www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers/comments/yq97fx/minilogue_xd_polychain_examples_and_thoughts_in/ To sum up the main points: - synchronization issues - sometimes when you adjust a patch the secondary unit won't update correctly, so the notes from each unit will sound different until you rest the entire patch or go to a new one - unison mode doesn't work in polychain mode - you only get sound from the main unit - so you can't make doubled-up unison sounds. - When hard panning the units I noticed that the notes don't get distributed back and forth - sometimes you'll play a chord and all notes come out of one unit - whereas I expected every other note to switch units to give an interesting stereo spread.
