So sorry about that. I placed them together starting with the widest circle, then placed the second widest one on top of it, then followed by the smallest circle. Then joined the three of them together round the waist circumference.

Hello, 6.28 is a standard calculation for measuring the radius of a circle. Formula for radius of a circle is = circumference/2π. I didn't want to go through the hassle of high school maths, so I assumed everyone should already know that since I'm not a maths teacher. 2. The length of each tier is perculiar to your measurement. If you are a taller person, it is expected that each tier should be longer than what I've illustrated here, so it's not something I determined. It's something I measured on my body. If you are making a longer skirt, then it should be longer.

Meaning that you will need 34 inches by 34 inches so that when you fold into 4, it will give you 17 inches which is what you need for the radius and length. Now go ahead and do the same for the second and third tier. The only difference now is the length. The radius stays same

If you are making a longer skirt, then it should be longer.
Try slowing down the speed from the TH-cam settings. I hope this helps.

Ma can 4 yard make this the person waist is 32 also and I want it with zip and not elastic
4 yards can't make this except you make it a rectangular skirt instead of circle. That way you can manage the fabric better without wastage.
