"Take care of yourself" is kinda downplaying the other factors that come into play in making these celebs look good. They have access to great personal trainers and dietitians, working out at the gym is basically part of their job, they have cosmetic surgeries here and there performed by very expensive surgeons, etc etc. They are almost literally paid to look good.
