I was on that Road(Parsons) Yesterday. Even worse than the Video. The Bike Lanes have to be Clear, no Ice or even One Flake of Snow, before the Roads for REAL Traffic are even looked at.
Disgusting. I Hate Snow, I don't like its Colour, I don't like its Texture, I don't like its Temperature... I have been counting the Days till Spring since late August, about 3 1/2 more months to go
