Disston Saw Works, originally in the Tacony section of Philadelphia, made handsaws. It was a huge factory complex. The company still exists today as Disston Precision. And it is still in Philadelphia.
I work with Josh in heat treat.. Kid is strong as an ox .. Hes not on roids lol.. Hes only 24 and has been amateur bodybuilding for about 7 years.. Definetly a big boy picks up them baskets of parts and throws them around like there nothing. I use the crane. 😂
Sadly true... but not at Channellock! I work there, and both plants are in the same little town of Meadville Pennsylvania. From start to finish, we craft some 100-odd types of pliers and other hand tools. NW Pennsylvania is a big place for local industry that feeds a lot of the country.
