I got to meet you downstairs and to be honest with you ,your solo in the show was the most killer ever, and I've seen Vai, Satch, Yngwie, all the big riock bands , Van Halen , Kiss, The Who, Bad Co., and many more , your solo that night literally made my eyes water.

Hey there Doug Rapps amazing demo! PLEASE HELP if you see this I was hoping to get a recommendation for which mag frag pickups to go With! Did you ONLY try the riot studio ? OR you tried others ? Im stuck between the : * Riot bucker vs * Riot studio * OR the praxis + ? ^ The more I listen to TH-cam demos to get approximations and manageable expectations on which pickup to get for hard rock , early vh, steve stevens George lynch warren demartini tones/ genres.. Thing is the more I listen and read the few reviews out there the more stuck I get because all of your pickups sound amazing if that even makes sense LOL very hard to narrow down without trying in person before hand your video here has helped immensely amd the grin on your face says it all .... ^ * what im looking for is great clarity, note definition one that can clean up but can still rock hard for those playing styles especially Vh, warren D lynch, steve stevens and michael schenker ; the 5 kings 🤟😅 ^ I found with other pickups the bridge can sound pretty wimpy between like 7,8k territory, that output has been too low in my experience BUT 15,16k + like a JB , super distortion or alderich is just too damn much of everything going on both good and bad frequencies.. ^ Last but VERY important factor is tonewoods aside let's say this if you were me looking down at my guitar : " I am a bright super strat guitar ( swamp ash body ) with highs, some lows not alot of mids , and I have a roasted maple neck + fretboard " ^^^ Knowing all of this what bridge pickup would you recommend that is atleast medium to high output in the mag frag line that might deliver the goods ? ^^^ * Riot bucker ? - riot studio? OR praxis plus ? * My amps are all meant for rock hard rock, morris ceriatone 50w are like a Jake e lee spec 2 channel jcm800 2204 circuit style amp and then I also have a bray coco 50 ( VH style 12,000 SLP amp ) and this year hopefully a wizard 50w. * Cabs are 2 oversized 2x12 cabs with eminence wizards inside although I need to change those speakers out lol I need a 4x12 cab it's the best tone but also the loudest and my 2x12 cabs x2 take up all the space my fiancé allows me to use in our townhouse so a 4x12 is in the distant future and IRs are usually the way to go for now. * Anyways I'll stop rambling there !! Hi Adam. i have only played the Riot Studio. it has amazing clarity. It is an unpotted pickup so it will squeal live, but that’s how you get that clarity. you can definitely call Dylana or John at 3rd Power. they would be more than happy to help you figure out the best MagFrag for what you’re looking for.
Having issues with the wattage switch. Only works when the first gain stage is engaged however if you have the second gain stage engage it does nothing. Cannot find a solution for this

But many of us would LOVE to hear you rip a new high gain tune, or even a slow bluesy number. Hope you're doing well. With 15.5K+ subscribers waiting on your next incredible creation.
