Ive tried the recipe and it tasted great!! Better than the so called authentic recipes floating around youtube. Sometimes all it takes is a few special tricks from Grandma. No recipe is perfect, what matters is how it taste's and how everyone enjoyed it.

It's not right to use lime , tomato . It will taste sour . Then the seasoning of cinnamon, pepper and cloves can be powdered and added. Then she can make a slurry of little flour and milk . If I have to consume it next day I don't use milk because the stew gets spoilt. But I use lot of onion at least 5 onions for that much meat so that the stew doesn't become dry or watery .You don't even require Maggie. Any new person making stew with this recipe will get it wrong . But no cashew nuts or condensed milk it will become Mithai .
