    You look amazing mama❤. In my case i gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. I started my fitness journey a year after having my first child. I had to start healing my diastasis recti and it was so hard😢My daughter is now 2 years old and I'm a stay at home mom so home workouts are keeping me sane😂😂I workout 5 times a week for less than an hour. I just love pilates and dance workouts so much😊. I did go hard at first with HIIT workouts and I strained my knees aswell so ever since then I've been doing low impact workouts🎉. I meal prep every Sunday for 5 days worth of food(lunch & dinner) for a family of 3 and wow am winning so far❤. This year i'll definitely reach my goals👌

    You’re putting pressure on us!! 😅😢 We have the roller and I’ve always been scared to try it. I cancelled my gym membership last week coz I have to go to the office more often but this video lowkey pushed me to get back into doing my home work outs when I can.

    This is a very sensetive topic for me since having 2 kids. I feel I’ve constantly been on some sort of diet 😢 it’s been a big challenge, training like crazy and scale not moving. Changed a few things and have moved from 73 to 62kg. My goal is anywhere in the 50’s in order for me to be able to play around with a burger or two 🤦🏽‍♀️

    I love this pink outfit. Please may I ask if you can link your white 2 piece(shorts and shirt) I know you’ve shared the shop but it’s not so user friendly. I always logout before finding it

      The white two piece set is from last year so it’s no longer available. The pink two piece shorts were on sale so o don’t know if there are still available mama.

    Firstly, thank you for the video and encouragement 😊😊, sugar is also my biggest weakness but I am trying everyday to limit the consumption. Also started working out again, the abs roller😭 m in pain but will continue coz m motivated by how I want to look and feel 😊😊

    Hi Philelwa. I started working out start of March. I go 5 times a week and it felt great the first 2 weeks. Now I am just tired.
