- FINALLY we get the chance to sail a monohull sailboat for the first time!! Imagine we were so close to buying our first sailboat sight unseen AND with no sailing experience!! Our goal now is to sail on as many types of sailboats as possible. In today's video, a sail maker named Au Wei who is based in Pangkor Marina invites us sailing on his client's Jeanneau 57. Our Story
Hi there, we're Sam & Rene - since 2017 we've quit the rat race in order to explore a more simple life. We built a small campervan with a goal to drive it from Malaysia to the UK - the pandemic has changed our plans and we're now based in Pangkor Marina on a sailboat learning about Sailboats and Sailing. We live both the Van Life and the Boat Life here in Pangkor Marina.

hi guys i also am following two other couple that are sailing around the world, on monohaul and the other catamaran. the monohaul couple converted there motor into electric driven power thru solar panel and regenerative. no smell and no buying of petrol or diesel. most of all no high cost of maintenance. you guys might have a thot on that on your boat.
