You clearly did so many things wrong You could've leveled up illusion by the telekinesis exploit You could've done the smithing alchemy enchanting exploit
@@HazzorPlaysGames If you want to know a way to make future stealth runs easier, the fastest way to level stealth in the bear room is to set the difficulty to legendary, push Hadvar into a corner/if your stealth is high enough you don't really need too, and then stealth attack him. Due to the fact he is unable to become hostile in the tutorial you can stab him in the back repeatedly until he almost dies and then wait until he heals again. This levels stealth to 100 in like 10-20 minutes and can even be used to level stealth later on if you are a conjunction user and you just raise undead and then stab them in the back. I actually might put this elsewhere because enough people don't know about it.
Well, not quite the whole time. You can see the runner at the start, but then at some point while he’s running into the wall he just randomly disappears. Truly a fascinating strategy.
The damage from enchantments don't actually get the sneak attack damage bonus, but the damage increase from improving your weapon through smithing does. I think you could've one-hit a lot more enemies by focusing on smithing instead of enchanting.
Enchanting probably is better for DPS, but you can always do both. Fortify One-Handed x4 (boots, gloves, ring, necklace), a 15% increase each, that's usually better than smithing's ~20-30% damage increase.
@@magicball3201 Fortify One-Handed is actually bugged and doesn't work with daggers (even though the one-handed perk that increases damage DOES work with daggers). It's weird, but hey, it's Bethesda. Also maxed out Smithing will easily double the weapons damage, maybe even more if combined with potions and enchanted jewelry that increases your Smithing skill, the 20-30% is only when your skill is low.

If you want to level one handed early, repeatedly back stabbing whoever you chose to follow in the start of helgen in the bear cave works very well. They can't die and wont turn hostile, so you can just keep stabbing them.
There’s a much quicker way to max out sneak, and you can do it before leaving the starting room. Enter the Helgen dungeon with Rolaf, kill the imperials, and take they key that one of them holds before Rolaf can get it. Set up done. Seriously, that’s it. Go try it, you’ll wait longer for the intro than you will to hit level 10 As long as he doesn’t get the key he will stand there waiting for you, and never become hostile. The first 2-3 sneak attacks against him can be pretty hard to nail, but if you put your first skill point in sneak it gets significantly easier Works with 1 handed and destruction too, but takes forever.

Skyrim with the Rimworld soundtrack is surreal. I keep expecting Hazzor to knock people unconscious and to then drag them to his lair to harvest organs.
0:56 use a bowl in the first room to walk through the wall next to the chest with the key in it. I believe if you just fall forwards you will end up at the end of the dungeon. Normally I don’t do this because there’s loot to be had but it would help with this run. Also worth noting if you don’t want to use that glitch you don’t have to kill those stormcloaks. You already have the key so you can go past. A few other things of note, enchantment damage doesn’t get multiplied by stealth so with the insane multiplier with daggers even a small upgrade would be better than enchanting. Also, while it doesn’t really matter since stealth is powerful enough as is, vampirism gives a bonus to stealth and illusion, and the vampire side quests can give an insane ring called “ring of the euradite” which upgrades your magica by 100, and also increases your base revenue from 3 per second to 5, which stacks with regular regen enchants. Although honestly it doesn’t matter because stealth is more than powerful enough that none of these things are very important.
You don't need to wait for the letter to sleep. You can sleep in any city that's not Riften or Windhelm immediately after killing Grelod and talking to Aventus.
8:23 - Quiet casting. Fury one of them. Wait for one of the bandits to kill the other. Stealth kill the winner. Stealth mage is REALLY fun. I sometimes wonder if Todd's favorite skill isn't sneaking, considering the most used builds (mainly stealth archer) use stealth.
It's the only build that can consistently take down hordes of enemies with little difficulty. If Light Armor had a dodge ability, or Heavy armor had a damage nullification, then maybe there could be some parity.
You can actually level up sneak a lot faster in the same starting cave. First, grab a steel or iron dagger in the keep. When Ralof/Hadvar says, "Go ahead, I'll follow your lead and watch your back," walk to the small waterfall behind you. Make Hadvar/Ralof look at the wall and not you. Then power attack him while sneaking with the dagger then just normally hit 2 times while also sneaking. Wait 7 seconds then attack 2 times. Repeat until it starts saying sneak attack for 3x damage. It should set it to where all attacks are sneak attacks only to him.
Also, in the sleeping bear part you can level sneak a LOT faster by backstabbing your excential friendly npc, backstabs gives a LOT more xp than just walking around and the NPC won't die or attack you

TIP: in that bear cave in Helen, turn your difficulty to legendary and bring hadvar or ralof back behind the entrance to that cave and have him face a wall, and constantly sneak attack his back with a dagger, levels your sneak in like 10-15min instead of just walking into a wall
To level up sneak, just crouch, put one point into sneak, use a dagger and just sneak attack the person you join forces with in Helgen. It’s faster, better, and you can level farm with it
You could potentially stealth the tutorial, if you side with ralof (maybe hadvar works too) you can get you hands free, and stealth melee hit him to level up sneak, i dont think he turns to see you. But yeah, level 100 sneak before looting gunjars corpse
I think an easier way to get near invisibility is to do the restoration fortify enchanting loop, you can make a peace of stealth armor that increases your stealth to infinite numbers, if I recall I think anything above 1000% would make you invisible when hidden, I can walk right up to an aggroed enemy and they can't find me at all
There is a faster way to level sneak in the bear cave! If you push Hadvar into a corner far enough away from the bear and turn the difficulty to legendary, you can continually get sneak attacks on him and he never turns against you. You can max sneak in like 5 minutes!
Why passively sneak into the wall, when you can backstab Ralof/Hardvar at the same time and level your one-handed at the same time. Oh, and you can pickpocket the guys in the dark brotherhood shack. They're blindfolded and bound, so they can't see you and won't attack. Like Runescape he says. Just a series of skill grinds he says. Time for the ironman challenge.
You were detected by Ralof as soon as he said “hey you, you’re finally awake” you need to find an exploit to jump out of the cart and run away before he notices you woke up
There's a very easy way for doing this: Stabing Ralof/Hadvar a billion times in Helgen. All you need to do is taking the key before them and than sneaking and hitting them, it's a bit weird, the game will always say you are stealth, but won't give the bonus damage 100% of the time, when will manage to do a backstab though, you gain xp, and quite a bit of xp, I think you can max sneak in less then 30 minutes, and in 1 hour or so you can also max one handed. After that, having 100 sneak and taking some perks, it's a pretty easy start.
Tip for anyone who wants to attempt this: if you don’t want to walk into a wall for a few hours get hadvar or ralof in a corner of the bear cave sneak behind them and just stab them, (turn to max difficulty to stop them falling over to speed things up) they can’t get angry with you until you exit the cave and you also level up weapon skill
There actually is a way to do it stealthily. Take the key from the captain before Ralof does and the iron dagger from one of the soldiers. Ralof will now wait at the gate passively and still invincible, allowing you to backstab him. Once you level up you basically jump up a level per hit til you're in the 60's. Do that til you max out sneak and you've got a few levels for backstab and sneak bonuses and maxed out sneak
1) Switching to legendary difficulty, equipping 2 daggers and repeatedly doing LIGHT double attacks (tapping both mouse keys simultaneously) can bring your Sneak skill to 100 in around 5 minutes. Just make sure to not take any perks which upgrade your sneak attack multiplier during that. 2) You can go straight to Riften and kill Grelod without talking to the boy and taking the quest before that. That saves some time on traveling here and there and back. 3) There's enough jewelry in the houses of wealthy Whiterun citizens, so there was no practical need to level up pick-pocketing.
Better way to power grind sneak and one handed from experience: whoever is following you through the tutorial is immortal and un-aggroable, so in the segment where you sneak past the bear simply sneak and backstab them over and over. Sneak and one handed both level up faster depending how much sneak attack damage you do, so it's a good way to turn a 4-hour grind into a 15-30 minute one
Also if you're already using bugs and other exploits, you can trivialize this challenge by doing a positive fortify restoration feedbackloop and enchanting a ring to fortify sneak by 9999999% c:
Dog, I'm going to be honest with you @Hazzor, I bought Skyrim entirely because of your video. And I also used your video as a step-by-step tutorial, with certain tweaks here & there, such as investing in smithing instead of enchanting, going through the Dark Brotherhood questline for money instead of leveling my pickpocketing skill, as well as for the Cicero's clothes outfit for sneakiness instead of enchanting armor for it, etc. Also, did you know that instead of walking into a wall for 4 hours to get to sneak level 83, you could have just sneak attacked Hadvar for like 20-30 minutes, and gotten to level 100?
In the tutorial, large portions can be completed without being seen by letting Hadvar fight the storm cloaks for you while you hide around a corner or up the stairs. He's really bad at it and you'll have to retreat every once and a while, but it's possible.
The thing you could also have done is use Hadward as a punching bag by taking 1 point into sneak then continously sneak attack him for massive amount of experience in sneak, but also a tiny bit in One-handed aswell. Tips and tricks are always good to get, especially in this specific scenario. Other then that, i really enjoyed the video, and keep doing more of these
14:45 love the stronghold music! Seems like Skyrim nerds have the same tastes. Osrs, stronghold. Now you only miss The Settlers and Anno and the sync is complete
If you wanted to power level sneak in Helgen you could have also just repeatedly backstabbed Hadvar in the bear cave. He has a massive HP pool, regenerates constantly, and will never aggro on you while you're still in the tutorial. 50 sneak is a couple minutes of stabs at most.
For the record, unless they patched it out (unlikely), you can train sneak in the first section by sneak attacking Hadvar over and over again. Much faster than walking.
I love stealthy orcs in Skyrim, it’s so silly to see a usually big angry green man sneaky around, especially with sneak 100, being the invisible green man.
Great vid! Next time try sneak attacking with the dagger on Hadvar before you leave the cave. You can level up sneak to 100 in some 15-20 minutes while also getting your one handed skill up to around level 30. It’ll save you some time in future stealth runs. 😁
5:02 i would have made a script cast it for me and use cheat engine to make the game run faster so it wouldnt take very long at all. (of course some people regard that as "cheating" for some reason) what next? I can't give myself inf health, mana and weight with the potion loop?
For maxing sneak at the start of the game, I normally go for the stabbing Ralof (or Hadvar if you're a filthy imperial) a million times method, I found it takes about an hour to max out sneak. Plus you get a little in onehanded.
You know, this sounds like a fun idea. Im going to try it later. Also, for the starting bit you can skip past all the soldiers by going through the wall making the spiders the only enemies that are able to spot you.
I did a similar build in one of my Skyrim runs. Stealth, Illusion magic and dagger backstabs. I get that you had a challenge rule to only use melee, but it is really, really fun to go around just using Illusion magic on everyone. Cast mayhem, go invisible, watch the fun, backstab the last survivor.

Oh, and you can pickpocket the guys in the dark brotherhood shack. They're blindfolded and bound, so they can't see you and won't attack.
Like Runescape he says.
Just a series of skill grinds he says.
Time for the ironman challenge.
You were detected by Ralof as soon as he said “hey you, you’re finally awake” you need to find an exploit to jump out of the cart and run away before he notices you woke up
I knew we would be very well acquainted with that one wall, it wouldn't be stealth without it.
When you started on Dawnguard I expected you were going to join the vampires for the bonuses to sneak snd illusion
Same, that feels like that just makes sense.
1:54 it's jover
I hate the fact that I literally started that before it became a thing except for mine was like jehovah's witnesses, it's so jover
Lol, using the paid assassin group for money instead of just for gameplay value. Classic.
@@Kjf365 Hell yeah. What else are they good for? Stealth gameplay? That's ALL gameplay.
In the tutorial, large portions can be completed without being seen by letting Hadvar fight the storm cloaks for you while you hide around a corner or up the stairs. He's really bad at it and you'll have to retreat every once and a while, but it's possible.
My favorite part was when Grimble said "It's Grimbling time" and then grimbled all over the dragons
The thing you could also have done is use Hadward as a punching bag by taking 1 point into sneak then continously sneak attack him for massive amount of experience in sneak, but also a tiny bit in One-handed aswell.
Tips and tricks are always good to get, especially in this specific scenario. Other then that, i really enjoyed the video, and keep doing more of these
as soon as i get into skyrim this mf makes a video on it, todd howard has blessed me
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm in your walls.
@@HazzorPlaysGamesnuh uh
14:45 love the stronghold music!
Seems like Skyrim nerds have the same tastes. Osrs, stronghold.
Now you only miss The Settlers and Anno and the sync is complete
Dude, I think your copy of Skyrim is glitched. Your character didn’t render at all, all of the NPCs just died out of nowhere
What is Skyrim without soft exploits?
Less interesting.
@@HazzorPlaysGames Very true. I doubt it'd even work, so that would be quite boring!
Tl;dw: no, you cannot. It's clear at 0:53.
clickbait ass title
Good Lord and Savior, he added some classic Stronghold music to this spectacle.
How delightful.
I am pleased to the utmost extend.
So, the answer is a 100% no?
Great vid! Next time try sneak attacking with the dagger on Hadvar before you leave the cave. You can level up sneak to 100 in some 15-20 minutes while also getting your one handed skill up to around level 30. It’ll save you some time in future stealth runs. 😁
The bear: "Oh boy! Time for my 4 1/2 hours nap!"
I mean, they do hibernate for an entire fourth of the year, so it's not that strange.
Thank you for playing the dawnguard questline for me, I now feel justified to always be a vampire
5:02 i would have made a script cast it for me and use cheat engine to make the game run faster so it wouldnt take very long at all. (of course some people regard that as "cheating" for some reason) what next? I can't give myself inf health, mana and weight with the potion loop?
fun fact, you dont need to talk to aventus arentino to get the quest going, just kill grelod
You also don't need to wait for the courier with the note. You can just go to sleep and Astrid will immediately get you.
"Very good. I wanted them to know"
That line goes unbelievably hard
For maxing sneak at the start of the game, I normally go for the stabbing Ralof (or Hadvar if you're a filthy imperial) a million times method, I found it takes about an hour to max out sneak. Plus you get a little in onehanded.
I'm glad you clarified that the pizza was good. I was going to lose my mind if I didn't know that info
10:22 Lydia has plot armor
3:25 abso-LUTE-ly hilarious bit of editing
You know, this sounds like a fun idea. Im going to try it later. Also, for the starting bit you can skip past all the soldiers by going through the wall making the spiders the only enemies that are able to spot you.
Pikmin!!
Amazing video with Rimworld music, epic combo !
this came up randomly. i enjoyed this and i do like the image of an orc being stealthy since it is funny even tho there are better races that are better for this. u get a sub
Melee assassin is how I play the game on half my runs. I am surprised how few people like this playstyle, because I've found it to be by far most fun
thanks for posting a nice relaxing video of the wind, perfect to help me relax and sleep
Some say that Hazzor is still unconsciously moving his toe up and down, trying to level his illusion.
"Mothman!" *Hahaha!
I nearly peed myself.. Mothman! 🤣
You dont need to be third person or even buy roll button to roll, "melee only", almost immediately uses magic for hours on end
Here I am 13 years later still watching Skyrim videos
Dude, I was listening to this in the background while I was playing Rimworld, I know I turned off the music in it so I was Thoroughly Confused when I heard that you used it for your videos, haha!
same
nice slip in of Rimworld music 👍 i appreciated it
