Admittedly, this is the first thing that's ever peaked my interest in Australia. Thanks for sharing and... if it matters, I actually like the music you chose.
Beautiful edit, Makes me want to go back, even though at times all I wanted was to quit. Stunning unforgettable and unforgiving country. Awesome work bud.
Very inspiring ! Also nice music ! I live in Austria witch is always confound with Australia ;) but we have the real Alps ....and Snow ...hopefully, Climate is changing... I have a very good friend in Melbourne, if i visit her in the next few years i have to do this route !!
I always wondered about film making of something like this - is there a separate person with the camera, or does this involve riding back and forth after planting the camera ? :D Second way could explain why some travelers ride like up to 50 miles (80km) a day tops. Either way, looks great!

G'day, Guy! What did you use to capture the video? Great work on that, by the way! I couldn't help noticing that you had the lights on, even when there was obviously no motorised traffic. Was that from force of habit?
Two! I rode from Sydney to the start, and on that route a stick went through my rear sidewall. I replaced that tyre in Canberra, then got my second much later in Waburton from some broken glass in town. I might have gotten more minor ones but didn't notice due to running tubeless.
I would love to do a ride like this in Oz, but 1) the country is vast, and 2) I would be terrified of being bitten or stung by something when camping or just sitting down minding my own business having a break or lunch.
G'day, Alex! I should think the idea would be to tee up a riding companion, who is an Aussie. Then - theoretically - the Aussie could help you identify and, hopefully, avoid some of the nasties in our country. (It's really not that bad.)
Some of them are so well camouflaged you don't have the opportunity to see what they are until it's too late and I should imagine you would soon be gasping your last breathes of air before losing consciousness and then death. I suppose they could take a pic of what ever bit or stung me to get an anti venom, but this is going to be little help in the back of beyond in the bush. Nope not for me I'm afraid.
Cool video, I’ve never even considered owning a bike till watching this. I live in Canberra, great city for biking.
Great footage. Well done. The ride looks great
Nice edit! Thanks for taking the time to film during your trip. It was awesome to see snow in Australia. Good song too. Cheers from Canada.

Hey legend, where abouts do you get the reflective triangles?!
Hey Gerald. It's called a reflective yield symbol and it's made by Aardvark. You can find em on Amazon or eBay.
Well done how many flats did you get?
Really good content mate
