    I’m going to guess burn count 3. 2 on the stove and one on the coffee. And this is coming from a guy who smashed his thumb so bad at work half the top peeled back and now in week 2 looks like a bloody combover. Smash count 1.
    Have a great vacation and a happy Sunday too.

    It's nice that it's so big. It has to be unreasonably expensive.
    As my 3 tarp canvas tent was stolen I think my next hot tent will be a van.
    I want to experiment with a black stretch foil tho. It can be a nice sauna and I dont need to worry about leaving it over a weekend

    • @AdventureswithSpackmann
      @AdventureswithSpackmann  ปีที่แล้ว

      @Troll McClure the hammock hot tent isn’t that expensive in my opinion, well compared to other canvas tents. But it’s not that big and that’s it’s biggest downfall. Thanks for watching

    • @AdventureswithSpackmann
      @AdventureswithSpackmann  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@gator83261 it happens way more than you would think. We haven’t had anything stolen from a site before but someone tried. Years ago we were coming back to our site and someone had packed up our chairs and coolers and carried them to the parking lot. Someone must have pulled up and they got scared. Luckily they didn’t leave with anything.

      @@gator83261 tarps are useful to cover firewood etc. It may be hunters who think it's their territory. If it was my only survival shelter, I'd think about mining it with tripwire and blanks. Maybe with one more bigger surprise under a tent stick if it was my only home. It's a hobby tho. It kinda sucked anyway🙂

    the °patina on that stove is gorgeous and I love how you can watch the flames!! I like my coffee XXtra strong... our weather has been obnoxious, it got cold way earlier than usual which cut into my camping and now its way warmer than usual (80° @ 3am!) it supposed to be 80's-90's all week and march will be 10-15 degrees warmer than usual... with my health issues I only have a narrow band of temps where Im comfortable outdoors so basically this yr has SUX'D and now Im fighting the b@t!!

    That’s a pretty cool setup my dude! I still have yet to try out that hammock tent that I bought like a year and a half ago.. 😅.
    I hear ya on the snow thing tho! Finally broke down and bought a new snowblower and of course it just so happens that when haven’t even needed to shovel yet, let alone be a good enough reason to bust out the new machine.. Figures!🤦🏻‍♂️😁 I can’t stand the cold or the snow, but I just wanted one really good storm that drops at least a foot or two. Least then the purchase is justified at that point! 🙄🤣

    Awesome outing man! Great setup and I know everyone has to comment on the stove and so do I. It's just so freaking cool. Looked like a fun time and I'm jealous of the snow. I moved to Virginia from Indiana and the winters here so far are very mild, usually only getting down to around mid to low 30s and rarely snow that sticks and stays around for a bit. That being said, I also don't want as much snow as I had to deal with in Indiana so I'm certainly not complaining. Take care man, put something on that burn lol.

I would love to know the name/brand of that stove. I have not seen a stove like that. When I can actually set up the hot tent and hammock, I want to see if the YOBOGear Cricket stand will work inside the Pomoly. Another thing I want to try are the external pole mods from Dutchware on the hot tarp tent. I would think some kind of cone shaped shield could be made to slip over the chimney to keep rain from getting in through the stove jack.
