Hey everyone, this model is awesome, I liked a lot. Right now I'm on the assembly of a Klasse 212 A Deutsches U Boot in 1/144. I widely recommend it to you. I'm sure it won't disappoint. Please keep up the great work you've done here.
Hi Charlie 👋 I have already build the Type 214 from Revell at this scale and it was pretty good too 👍 I'm actually waiting for the type IX-C/40 from Revell... and have eight 1/144 subs kits in my stash, from the Type II to the PLAN Type 092... 😅 Many thanks for your interest ! 🙂
@@ghkmodels - yeah as happy as I am that Germany lost when they did, I still wonder how the XXI's would have managed if the war had continued taking into account how advanced a design they were. I like the idea of seeing/making the various decals versions and it isn't an expensive kit so why not. Plus building 5 kits and painting them side by side is saving a lot of time. I do the same with tanks. :) Also have 2 "Das Boot" edition VII's that I will build, but these projects are all to pass time during the winter. I think your model looks amazing, I wish I could reach that level of skill... :)
Man you set the bar high , I have the same three , your type XXI excellent , the VII C the same , fortunately that's the 'Boot' I'm doing now and the third one when available , it's on order , I will attempt to follow your lead . I live in New Zealand but get most models through Hobbyco in Sydney . What I have arriving this week is Revell 1-144 Corvette 'Snowberry' the idea being the hunter and the hunted ! I really appreciate and enjoyed the video , thankyou for taking the time to let us see you work Kind RGDS John Fast
Many thanks John, the bar is not so high, these are simple techniques 😉 I wish you are enjoying your build, Revells kits are pretty good. Still need to add the snowberry to my stash. I also have a lot of 1/144 subs from Trumpeter, as good as Revell and not so expansive. Great idea for the hunter/hunted, it could make a big diorama ! 😉 Thanks again for your interest, my pleasure for sharing 🙏🙂
as I have already said for the other U-boot, a realization with exceptional skills leads to an exceptional result, without the need for further, useless, additions.
@@ghkmodels Das ist wohl bekant. Please have a look at say en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_battleship_Gneisenau You may continue with Blücher, Tirpiz, Bismarck, Lützow… You do not find many DKMs. There are a lot of after war ‘inventions’ like DKM, Schmeisser submachinegun (Hugo Schmeiiser never worked with MP38/49), Eagles Nest (i.e. Kehlsteinhaus) etc.
Pushkin was playing paintball with a friend and it turned very bad for him, that would explain this issue 😉😁 I shouldn't have use this metallic wire, then I forgot to tighten them 🤦 Many thanks for your interest anyway 🙂
I have this model but with interior. Nice painting on this model.
I also have the interior version in my stash 😉 Many thanks for your comment and interest 🙂

Excellent work! Color modulation at it's best especially with grey scale.
Many thanks for your interest and kind words 🙏🙂
Just ordered 5 of these, can't wait to build them with the different decals options :)
You're going to have a big fleet ! 😱 Only 4 were built for combat (118 in total). Enjoy your builds ! Thanks for your interest 🙏🙂

Without any putty, an old kit that is still pretty good 😅 "Exceptional" might be too much 🤗 Anyway, many thanks again 🙏
Very good job!
Many thanks for your interest Benoît 🙂
Nice ❤❤❤
Many thanks again 😉
Te quedo bien bueno, yo lo tengo en i/350 marca DML Dragon y es una maqueta bastante buena también podrías hacerla y compararla
Saludos desde Chile
Many thanks for your interest 🙂🙏 Not sure to get the Dragon kit, but I need a type XXI for 1/350 collection for sure ! 😁
I wonder if there is a boat model u-4501?
You should search for 3d printed models for this one 😉 Thanks for your interest 🙂
Ha U-2502 is only gray tower color, white tower is only one boat U2511 Schnee. revell is wrong information to manual. ...
Thanks for the precision, sometimes I follow strictly the intructions, even if I know there are a lot of errors... 😅 Thanks for your interest 🙂
Why DKM? The germans never used this prefix
It means "Deutsche Kriegs Marine", dont know about the 40's, but it's commonly used nowadays. Thanks for your interest 🙂

Thanks for the clarification 🙂 The only thing I could say is that this acronym is commonly used these days, I didn't know it wasn't "official". 😅
