Jason is doing what every home cook wishes they had the time, dedication and ability to do for all of their favorite recipes. Great job, we appreciate your work more than you know!!
Jason keeps his methods and sources pretty vague, so it might be even harder for him if he comes walking into a restaurant and the managers go "Hell no! We won't be the next to be Farmered!"

Really love your videos man and the effort behind them. And of course, the effort you go through to write everything down and post the recipes to follow along. So many foodtubers publish 'recipe videos' but you go check the video description and there's nothing there. They want you to watch their video, and apparently any time you want to reference the recipe, you're supposed to skip around the video and write everything down yourself while you're trying to make it. It's gotten to the point I just refuse to watch any 'recipe' videos that don't actually post the recipe even if the food looks amazing. Thanks again.
Duuuude, such high quality research and production! Pleeease do this same research/video for their regular/spicy bone-in chicken. I absolutely love Popeye's and would love to recreate that recipe at home
I am always amazed by the amount of research you do for these projects. Undoubtedly there were a lot of mistake sandwiches that either needed to be eaten or thrown away until you got the correct taste profile. Also, I never eat fast food but I make one exception: I genuinely love the popeyes chicken sandwich and think its the best out there. This video will let me try making it at home one day!
Thanks a lot as always for the recipes and tests Jason! You really, really go all out on the research for these, and I hope your channel gets rewarded for it soon (I can't believe its been 3 days since upload and you only got 36K views on this, hope the algorithm picks your stuff up!) Hi Jason! I've been waiting for this video ever since you posted the teaser sammich pic (you rascal)! I just ordered all the niche ingredients and will be attempting this recipe soon :D Btw, around this time last year I followed your chinese take out series and posted several attempts on Reddit, including your fried rice recipe from 2022. I was thrilled to receive your message complimenting my take on your recipe! My husband and I still watch every video you post. We appreciate your research and dedication! The advice on where to find specific ingredients is especially helpful. Keep up the stellar work!

We and you get to enjoy your final result, but you’ve had to spend a lot of time preparing and eating disappointing results. Keep at it! You’ve found your niche. That Popeyes sandwich looks amazing.
Your research is inspiring and engaging. As always, nice work Jason! The spicy Popeyes chicken sandwich uses a lot of (think bordering on too much!) Louisiana pepper sauce.
