This was a sad and rare moment where Harvey accepted defeat and had no option he was the bigger man and sacrificed the painting for his firm a true man whos willing to take a blow for his firm and you could tell in eyes how disappointed he was when he gave his painting which his mother created for him and the only positive memory he had of his mother. At the end of the day it was great to see Donna get it back and give it back to the rightful owner Harvey Specter
'Harvey, Harvey, Harvey, relax. I didn't come here to put my gentle hands on your precious balls...'---A. Elliot Stemple😂😂😂
That line is so well delivered, it stuck with me for years.
When Harvey loses, it's always brutal.
If Harvey had hired Mike just as an advisor instead of an associate then this whole mess could've been avoided in the first place.
Think about this all the time
Yes but then again this whole series wouldn’t exist
The Achilles heel of the show
He could have done what Jessica did for him, except he could have had Mike be his paralegal. Teach him what he needs to know while getting a degree from college, and have him attend Harvard Law School with the firm's blessing and promise of a permanent position. It wouldn't have required any breaking of the law or put the firm in jeopardy.
@@ganthc that was not possible because he dropped out of college.
My issue with this is that if a guy walked in and admitted he had no standing surely the judge would tell him to get out
"I played the Man" ~Elliott Stemple
This is one of the rare moments where Harvey lost, and it's harsh... but of course redemption always comes along.
that was such bulshit
@@m.ahmed.y1723 what u mean.
Yeah, agreed! I like this episode because of it.
He did end up getting it back
@@alexstroud4665 Not by fair means. Donna had someone steal it.

I was thinking the same but then remembered how much of a weasel stemple is. And how if this wasn't a TV episode and was real life stemple wouldn't be walking out of that building under his own energy
@@matthewruss but then again, if that happened to him, he would have just carried on with the suit
I hope he got some karma later in the show. But you gotta admit stempell acted amazing.
Nahh harvey did stemple wrong
In fairness to Stemple he has no idea what that painting means to Harvey, given that Harvey isn’t forthcoming at all about family
Just wanna be successful enough someday to be having whiskey in my own corner office infront of my boss...

I’ve never seen Harvey look so defeated
I have been looking for this video for so long. Just couldn't find it and stumbled across now.
You know what would be better? Trashing the painting in front of Harvey. "I spit on it."
I really see a 'James Bond' potential in Gabriel!... Classy, Suave & Absolutely Badass when he needs to be! (And if we don't consider the accent...)
Accent is a must.
yet he is not british mate
James bond is British, stop americanizing other cultures
@@allindbz Even though I’m also of the opinion that Bond must be a Brit, when considering how many English people play Americans, that comment is a tad bit too ironic.
Macht doesnt have the menace and brutality in his acting range. Brosnan was the same. Thats why Craig and Connery far surpass the other ones.
Harvey spector ,louis are my most fav ❤️
Stemple cracks me up. Wish they gave him a bigger role.
Such a painful moment for Harvey. Stemple defeated Harvey in a worse possible way. Stemple didn't care about millions of dollars he only cared about punching Harvey where it hurt. Its amazing that Donna got it back for him.
anyone know what is the name of the piece or artist of the other painting in Harvey's office? the black rectangle one??
Not gonna lie when i first saw this scene i was half expecting the painting to actually be worthless and stemple got completely bamboozled
Oh, it's not worth money....
i would have loved if it was just a random painting that he thought was funny lol
This show was underrated. Gonna rematch it
Who won ?
@@yogr8958 Lol
spectacular content Suits Official. I shattered the thumbs up on your video. Always keep up the exceptional work.
This stemple guy deserved to be messed up. Harvey owes Don Draper for messing with Stemple's life. 😜
You don’t get to get involved in a case by just barging into the courtroom and announcing yourself lol
At 3:10 look Louise face he looks such sweet hamster 🤗
Atleast they should have that harvey took his revenge in later episodes or seasons
Apparently they did, Harvey takes the painting back somehow in season 9
@@sahirkhan2835 Donna steals it from Stemple's office, and gets a forgery done, so Harvey can have the original and Stemple still has an identical copy
Tbh, in a way it’s better this way. Harvey is human. He can’t always win or take revenge. Sometimes humans, even the best ones at their work, just lose.
@@arsalahmad2200 This wasn’t just a loss though, this was a new level of cruel. Completely unnecessary. Stemple didn’t even care that it was Harvey’s only happy memory with his mother. In fact, he’d probably have enjoyed the victory even more if he had known. This was well beyond an ordinary ‘loss’
@@sahirkhan2835 Well an ordinary loss wouldn't even suit Harvey. When Harvey loses it needs to be big. Harvey losing a simple case wouldn't fit his profile. He would do anything to win, a guy like that when loses would lose in cruellest fashion because he wouldn't take a simple loss lying down.
The judge is Mr Mehta from Kim's Convenience!
i'd sue my lawyer if he settles for a painting
I honestly expected the painting to be a bluff lol
I honestly thought that harvey would laugh after eliot leaves because the painting worth nothing but he acted like it did.. boy was i wrong
the situation is big too.
I guess brutality is the nature of the game they played for their clients.
Does anyone know the track that plays when Stemple takes the painting?
Charles Bradley - changes

Everyone saying Harvey lost here but he kinda still won. No reason why a person like Stemple wouldn’t have tried to get rid of Harvey Specter and his firm for the amount of hatred he had for him. I kinda feel Harvey just played the whole situation to show Stemple his emotional side and of course he felt bad but knew it was a small price to pay.
he absolutely lost this battle, but won the overall war to keep the firm alive
Sadly, in the end, Stemple will only ever have himself to measure against.
He gets the painting back.
When?
I can tell he just lost a piece of his soul
@@deaniturethat's a decent point
Stemple the biggest D1 Harvey Hater in Suits.
hol up harvey was hurt fr ? i thought he was just playing along w stemple so he can take it and leave n he dont actually care abt it😂
This is why, in terms of Suits "villains", I see Stemple up there with Forstman as Harvey's nastiest rivals. Both were vidictive, cold and delivered blows below the belt. Tanner was just super competitive, but even he wouldn't have gone this low to get a win over Harvey.
how much hate do you have to have in your heart to do what he just did

Now, we can all agree that the over 24 dislikes are people who watch Telenovelas. 🤦🏽♂️.
If I were in that position I don't think he would have been shouting at me for very long.
Alguien sabe em que capítulo le regresan a harvy su pintura?
S9 Ep.7
You know things are bad when Harvey starts negotiating with weakness in him because he already lost and is showing himself vulnerable in a useless attempt to make his enemy show mercy. It's difficult to see this when he is the one who always said that when someone points you with a gun you use 546 ways to counter him.
Lets not pretend Harvey didnt have 20 mil to spare
Esta vez no estuvo Mike para ayudarlo.. xd
Harvey is lucky he demanded the painting and nothing else
This law firm is so dysfunctional
Batman and penguin.
You can’t just walk in a court and do that..I believe you get thrown out of court for that
This one of harsh moments Harvey lost and he didn’t like it.. I do believe Harvey will come back for A. Elliot Stemple
Harvey said to Mike "if that guys was back at the corner he'll come out swinging"
guess what stemple got a gun.
Was expecting the painting to some fake or not worth anything from Harvey.
Everyone falls
Can somebody (ANYBODY) tell me if an episode ever commented on the OTHER painting in Harvey's office of the woman & the boy?? Even in countless chat rooms people have specifically inquired about the painting and all the answers come back about The Duck Painting. I've tried so many search engines and even the ones that start off their question: " No not the Duck the painting the other one" the replies all refer to the Duck painting.
If He had just been nicer to Elliot things would be different
Just an amazing moment, felt like deserved redemption for Stemple.
He was a weasel and a cheat who gloated about beating Harvey at Harvard law for years but ducked him everytime his name was the legal opposition.
Not an amaizing moment for stemple. Shows how low he would go he never won against harvey. He cheated on his 3 wins and lost against harvey in court on ayz tech. Stemple looks for the easy way out
deserved redemption? Have you even watched the show?
In the end Stemple won ..
How petty you can get because you can't handle your rival is more successful than you
People cam be so pathetic
Couldn't he just have shipped a fake painting... Because in the scene I don't see Stemple take the painting straight away.
6:02
Actually you can see Semple head towards the painting to remove it from the wall. Besides the knife twist would be him TAKING it in front of Harvey.
I hate to ask....but who is the dark Bruneeette?? Name please?
That would be the Dutchess Megan Markle
@@sabbic oh my goddess....*Shut your face* she sounds hotter than she looks 😄😄
Couldn't Harvey had hired Mike as a paralegal?
No he couldn't
This actor looks kurdish
I know this is really dramatic but Harvey could just hire 3 dudes to go steal that painting back from Stemple
And immediately been suspected of putting the thieves up to it.
Should have hired Mike as a paralegal and then the firm could put him through law school.
Elliot showed up two times on this show. He got demolished the first time, but absolutely ripped Harvey apart the second time
