If you could include reference numbers #1359409 and #1359408 in your messages, then we can easily connect it to your initial message here on TH-cam. We hope to hear from you soon.
I literally just had this done 3 hours ago, and I can tell you this actor is full of it. The first two 15 minute sessions I felt nothing at all and was laughing at how the hygentist kept coming and asking if I was ok. Maybe 3 minutes into the third session though, and I starting feeling the rush of white hot pain on some of my lower teeth. It's cute that they call these "zingers", but make no mistake, if you get them lasting for 5-10 seconds straight at a time, you'll want to curl into a ball and cry. Despite this, I finished up the third 15 minute interval, and with sweaty palms, I declined having a 4th session. That being said, the Hygentist said my teeth were at an A1 level after the 45 minutes, but it's not over yet. The real fun is now seeing how many times a minute I get radiating nerve pain in my mouth. The beauty is that I don't know when, where, or how long it will last each time. I can say that in writing this post, I have had a few with one being particularly bad where I had to turn my head, ball up my fists, and curse under my breath.
@@scltd11 it was about 10 to 12 hours for me. By the time I went to bed that night I was mostly safe and didn't really feel anything after until I used the whitening trays a few days later. After about 30 minutes of those, the same "zingers" were coming back, so I immediately pulled them out.
@@KSigKid alright, so i will consider it a loss of money for me then. The bulk of the pain has subsided after 12 hours. I still feel pain but not as bad as before. And im still getting those zingers. However, after you telling me that it started happening again after you started using the whitening trays - im not going to use them. 600 dollars down the toilet. This pain is not worth it
KSigKid I couldn’t even finish my 3rd session. I have to stop & there was 7 mins remaining. I couldn’t take it. But the sensitivity is no joke...I felt it as soon as I finished and the dentist had the nerve to say it’s because I am want swallowing during the process ( I was). But I have a flight tomorrow evening and I pray to God the pain goes away. I will never whiten my teeth again‼️
I had this done yesterday and the pain afterwards wasn't fun. I had sharp shooting jolts of pain in one or two teeth but that was only occasionally and only lasted about 12 hours. From what I've been told the level of sensitivity varies between individuals. Although it was unpleasant, I'm going back for another session in 2 weeks. I think the only remedy to avoid the pain would be to have it done in the evening, drive straight home, and take a sleeping tablet.
Confused at all the comments about this being super painful! It almost discouraged me from doing this treatment, but I’m glad I did and experienced no sensitivity/pain whatsoever! I guess it totally just depends on the person!
Good for you! I wish I never did this! Its a horrible pain! Worst than a headache! So dont be confused! Just be glad you didnt had to go tru this hell!
Maybe you aren’t a human being., everyone here said the same thing the same pain like I experienced... or Perco, Xanax or something like morphine is what you use like “pain killers” If not., you are the only one here or an actress
I just had this done and the comments are not lying. I don’t know how this is marketed as not painful, I’ve had a lot of work done in my mouth but nothing as painful and constant as this.
This treatment worked, but my god, it was hell on earth. I did the 4, 15 minute sessions at my dentist with this. I went from shade B1 to BL2. It worked very very well! But I swear on sweet mother earth the pain is like out of a nightmare. My pain lasted 24 hours. I had the treatment done, and all day I was in crazy pain. But when i woke up the next day at 8 am, the pain was probably a 2/10 and completely gone by the next day.
Just did this today. Holy crap the pain is crazy. I dont regret having it done but i dont recommend it unless you have an amazing pain tolerance. It feels like your gums are in acid and fire and at the same time someone is pressing metal hard against your gums. Constant zingers that feel like a a plier is crushing the roots of certain teeth. Just do white strips or trays, or wait until the technology gets more advanced yall
They did you wrong bro. They said fucked to your gums. I had mine done today. They applied some coating for my gums. It works incredibly. But damn its painful if you have a sensitive tooth.
I had this done like a month ago so here's my review. I decided to get my treatment done in two sessions, the first one was hell, i remember being on my phone reading all this comments and 100% agreeing with everyone, it felt like someone was pulling my teeth from the roots with burning fire. I was so miserable for like a day and then all the pain went away foreal like it never happen! I went in for my second appointment cause i've already paid a pretty penny for it and I did mentally prepared myself for the torture lol. This time i had another doctor doing the procedure, this girl literally took the time to cover my gums and made sure everything was covered with the blue stuff. I remember the first doctor only took like 5 minutes and this girl did that in like 20, let me tell you it made ALL the difference, i obvs had some discomfort but everything was so mild, like i only felt those zingers twice and that was it. then i went home and the pain was so different from the first time. In conclusion, make sure your doctor covers your gums, don't let them put you under the lamp if they haven't done that correctly. Tell them when you start feeling any discomfort, they do have so medication for that. Also for my second appointment i did sensodyne for like 5 days prior so i think that also helped. Good luck!
Got this done at 1pm.. (low, low, med, high) no pain until afterwards. When the first "zing" hit me my whole body shivered! It's like contractions. I feel like my teeth are taking turns zinging. Its now 11pm and im still in pain. I've tried meds.. nothing works. I dont think I'll EVER do this again & I have a high pain tolerance.
Hi there, thanks so much for bringing this to our attention here. We're very sorry to hear about what you've experienced with the Philips Zoom. How are you doing now? Please know that we take situations like this seriously and are going to make sure you get the correct assistance. May we please ask you in which country you're located? Looking forward to your reply!
Just got this done and my bottom teeth are so sensitive. The best way I can describe the “zingers” is that it feels kinda like your teeth is getting electrocuted along with something digging/drilling into your teeth every few minutes. OR it feels like someone is pouring boiling liquid onto your teeth every few minutes. You know the zing is coming when a sudden rush of hot feeling at the tooth comes. It was so bad that I tried to lessen the pain by digging my nails into my arms. That obviously didn’t work so now my arms and teeth hurts. But I would rather feel my arm stinging than the “zingers.” Pain pills do not work. Apparently my teeth is 4 shades lighter but it doesn’t look like it. If I knew then what I knew now, I wouldn’t have gotten it. Even getting the numbing shots in my gums isn’t as bad as this. At least the numbing shots would be over within a minute.
I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I did this and it was seriously the worst pain of my life. I sat through a 9 hour tattoo before and this was easily WAYYY more painful. The sudden rushes of sharp sharp pain are the absolute WORST.
I just got zoom whitening an hour ago, my teeth get very sensitive and sharp pains after at home whitening and I'm a wimp, so I wanted to try in the office. Yes, I'm getting the same sharp shooting pains, but the acp gel definitely helps. I can feel the shots starting, and the gel curbs the pain. I took Tylenol extra strength prior to the treatment and Tylenol-3 (w codeine) right after. The jolts are there, and they're not fun, but it isn't as painful as I expected. This is tolerable for the amount of whitening I'm seeing, and I do recommend it for those that can tolerate some pain. I agree with others, take some time to sleep it off, but I'm awake and playing video games and I'm not crying yet.
Had mine done about 2 weeks ago. While having the procedure done, didn't feel anything, no pain or sensitive... The problem was after (did 3 rounds of this) my teeth started to hurt like crazy.. Excruciating pain! Been doing the rest of the whitening at home with whitening gel, every night I sleep with this whitening gel. It makes my teeth super sensitive during the day.. It is horrible!! The sensitivity is so bad that my all my body is suffering, everything I do makes me want to pull my teeth out... You know that really bad sound/feeling chalk makes on blackboard? Everything I do or touch gives me that horrible feeling.... Anyone else feels like that???
Hi there, Magali. We're sorry to read this. That sounds really inconvenient, and we can imagine sensitivity feels horrible. Of course, it shouldn't be that sensitive and painful. We'd like to see if we can have a closer look into this, so could you reach out to us via Facebook or Twitter (@PhilipsCare) and send us a private message? Here we have easier access to assist you further with this. We look forward to your reply. :)
Uhmmm 🙋🏽♀️ Yes !! The pain or “Zingers “ geezee.. got me punching the walls .. hopefully.. 😐 idk.. I am soliciting all prayers.. Just left my dentist office.. on the drive home.. Thank God I made it safely .. You are not exaggerating
I have done mine today. I can tell its painful its like electric shock randomly popping from each tooth from time to time. But my doctor gave me pain relief gel so it helps a bit but still hate the pain. But its worth it. Love the shades of my teeth. 😊
@Meera Asokan Hi i used sensodyne sensitive for a week and after that i used whitening toothpaste. But it change 3 shades due to softdrinks hahaha. But if u do brush your teeth right away or else the stain may leave there sad part.
I completely regret having this done. Absolutely excruciating pain. Worse than my impacted wisdom teeth extraction. I have never had tooth pain like this in my life.
Kelseylynn Chechak I wish I could say yes, but honestly I ended up having to suffer through it for about a day or so. The dentist had given me a potassium gel to help with sensitivity but I didn’t find it helped me much, but you could try that as a last resort. Good luck to you 🙏🏼 I hope the pain is over soon for you!
@@glambygabbydetroit Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. Can barely open my mouth. I've had multiple teeth removed at a time and this is 100x worse. Praying to fall asleep!
After looking at comments I think I’ll stick with my not so white teeth that are already extremely sensitive thanks to all the truthful comments saved me $$ and pain 🙏🏻
I got this done and experienced zero pain during or after. And I have extremely sensitive teeth. I cringe from dentist washing my mouth with cold water or using air. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the mouth guard and light pressing against my gums. They give you sensitive gel to use a week before the procedure and it works wonders
Tell me more please, I did the procedure at home 2 years ago but no I want it to do it in the dentist with the blue light . At home I only felt a little sensitivity at the last 2 days
I did all 4 15 minutes sessions last session my teeth started pain but I finished it . Ended around 3pm was in pain until the night woke up and was about 95% fine just very little zingers almost nothing . Went from saying never again to maybe one more session definitely worth it
Just got this done today and I’ve definitely been regretting it ever since. The relief treatment doesn’t work nor does taking Tylenol. This is the absolute worst pain ever ! Just like everyone else is saying, if I had known it would be this painful after, I would NOT have gotten this. I could’ve just stuck with the whitening pens. I’ve never experienced teeth sensitivity like this before ever. Just don’t do this teeth whitening treatment. There are others and they are not painful after and way cheaper 😩

Just did it today, insanely painful. You must have a high pain tolerance to do this, my doctor even prescribed me percoset. It's been a few hours and I'm still having high flashes of pain.
I did this about two weeks ago, 3 rounds of 15 mins for 45 mins total and I had no pain or sensitivity. I was sent home with sensitivity gel but never used it. I always brushed with Sensodyne, even for years before this treatment. Maybe that helped? Maybe I was just lucky? I came to find out if the at home day white 14% would be painful. Fingers crossed that it will be okay.
Veeeery painful !! I feel like i have sudden electric shocks in my front teeth. I'm waiting for the pain to go away so i can sleep. I'm not whitening my teeth anymore. I don't care
I just did the in-office treatment on Sunday and didn't really have any issues during the 4 sessions and even afterwards... but the take-home kit was killing me! Put the retainers on before I went to sleep the next day and couldn't sleep during the whole night!!! In the morning, finally I thought after removing them it will be fine, but it was even worse! I was suffering from the random zingers and extremely sour and weak feeling of my teeth... It might be indeed worse than giving birth... After consulting with my dentist, I decided not to put them on last night... This morning the pain magically disappeared and you know what? I put the retainers back on given I want the BEST result! Left them on for 4 hours only today and it was totally okay. A bit of zingers time to time, but after experiencing the worst yesterday I was able to handle that pain... Will still put them on tmr and the day after for 4 hrs each... It seems working for me. I'm expecting B1!
LOL. I'm so glad I didn't read the review before my appointment. I would not have gone through with it! Did anyone get all that pre-sensitivity information from your dentist's office? I sure didn't. I just got back from my appointment, and I'm on here looking for information on how to deal with the aftershock! LOL My tech did a good job prepping my mouth and gums, so I did not experience gum sensitivity. The first treatment was smooth no issues The second treatment was primarily good...a few 'zingers' near the end The third treatment was where I started to experience more 'zingers' and decided that was enough. I was offered a 4th, but I declined. Now that I'm home, I have 2 or 3 teeth causing the issues. It's no constant. I'm going to see how things go before I try using the Relief ACP I'm hoping they are correct in that it lasts for only about 12 hours. I am happy with the results...I didn't get Ross Geller white, so I'm glad for that! I just wanted to take 50 years of dinge off, and I believe I've accomplished my goal. UPDATE: My appointment was at 10:30 and I got home around 12:00pm my 'zingers' were gone by 7pm
Hi, Dee! Thank you for your comment, and sharing your honest experience. We're very glad the results you got after your treatments are making you happy. And of course, that your teeth are not glowing in the dark! 😉
I had my procedure about 4 hrs ago. For me, the whole procedure wasn't bad at all. I did all 4 sessions. Now I'm in constant pain. I do get the zingers but I also feel a constant pain as well. I am supposed to do my home treatment/maintenance every day for 2 weeks. I may consider skipping that altogether. I'm gonna see how I feel tomorrow. I still haven't eaten yet and I'm a bit scared to do that as well. My wife says it did make a difference (whiter than before) but the jury is still out to say if it was worth it.
some advice - take pain relief 30minutes before coming in for whitening, after treatment take another dose of pain relief. 1 week before treatment use sensitive toothpaste. Otherwise if your dentist give you relief ACP gel you can apply that on to your teeth. Follow dentis's instructions. Using these methods DO NOT GURANTEE REMOVAL OF SENSIIVITY. It may still STING, and the response varies from person to person.
Just got this done today. I completed all four 15 minute sessions. I took the Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen mix (works like a narcotic) prior to starting and these “zingers” are still very painful. 😭
PrinceAlfre I woke up the following morning and the pain was gone! I am currently using Sensodyne but I don’t have any sensitivity. I hope you’re feeling better now!
It can be super painful. I'm getting flashes of pain right now (a few hours after 4 doses of 15 minute of the treatment done in a row at once). Paracetamol helps. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
@@bringtheseo It was getting better day by day but I kept getting random flashes of pain every few hours for a good week. My understanding is that they overdid it with 4 sessions in a row.
I've just had this done and had little to no pain during and after the procedure. I only came to this video to see how the Phillips gel syringe is suppose to look because mine has abit of white looking stuff coming through the gel.
Okay I've just put my first tray in at home..the night one. There's tingles and tiny amounts of pain but it's totally manageable, I haven't taken painkillers. Advice is to do this at night so you just sleep it off :)
7 hours later, my teeth still hurts and i had pain killers. The electric shocks are very painful and lasts so long sometimes, it's the worst honestly. I don't think I would repeat it. By the way I only did 2 sessions.

Yes, for most people it is painful. But if you follow the dentist instructions (And I mean FOLLOW), you will be good. Avoid any staining drunks or food and avoid anything cold of hot, wear some MI Paste (ask your dentist about it) and it will HELP with your pain. I had this procedure done multiple time with my real teeth and I didn’t feel any painful sensitivity rather just a brief 30 min discomfort.
I had this whitening treatment done on yesterday. My Dentist started the light setting on low to med. It was a 45 minute procedure. Three 15 minutes sessions. I felt absolutely nothing, until 2 mins before the last session would’ve been over. There was a rush of intense pain on my top right teeth..It was sudden & brief. So, I thought that would be it. Little did I know, more pain was to come. It’s called zingers. Like a sudden rush of pain. Especially if air hits your teeth. Thankfully 24 hours later, my pain has subsided. The results were really good. But I’d probably won’t do it again..
It has been 8 hours since the treatment and it seems the pain has increased. I took the strongest painkillers I have to no avail The results are quite magnificent though. If the effect actually last a few years then it’d be worth it.
I had shooting pains for about one week that went away gradually. As for the results my teeth aren’t as white as after treatment but still better than before, and I drink lots of coffee and tea. I had some staining before the whitening that completely went away. I don’t think I’ll ever do this again because the pain isn’t worth it except if my teeth get stained then I’ll consider.
Finished my ZOOM session an hour ago. It is THE WORST pain i have ever felt. It comes in waves, I get shivers and it hurts SO BAD. It's a throbing pain... like shocs. I'll never do that again...I can't speak or eat. It has to go away. I don't know what to do. 😭😭😭
Hi there, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced pain after your Zoom session. Have you already consulted with your dentist about this? Moreover, please feel free to send us a private message on our Facebook (/Philips) or Twitter (/PhilipsCare), with the product details of your Zoom device, along with your email address and country of residence, so we could proceed with your case. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
The dentist told me to take more pain killers, which I did. It kinda helped but I really had to wait for the "zingers" to fade away with time. It feels way better this morning, tho. I can finally appreciate my white teeth.
Hi there, thank you for consulting with your dentist, and following his/her advice. It may, indeed, give you some sensation at first. But, we are glad to know that you are now feeling a lot better. Should you incur issues in the future again, please feel free to reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter. Take care for now! :)
That's a very good question. :-) We would like to ask our product specialists for assistance. Therefore, could you share your country of residence? Thank you!
Horrible, horrible pain. I got a couple of “zingers” during my 4 treatments, but the aftermath is awful. 6 hours out and I’m in excruciating pain. Praying it goes away after 24 hrs.
I did not like the taste of the liquid gel. I never experienced pain at all during the entire treatment. BUT MY TEETH NEVER CHANGED COLOR AT ALL. Still yellowish. I paid my dentist cash before the starting. There goes my $500. I never went back to him.
I did it today... yes there is some sensitivity that comes n goes it's painful but I find it tolerable. I guess it affects everyone differently. But so far so good. first day I find it to be fine hopefully tomorrow it's not worse
Guys & Gals, I hope this was worth it. I’m 20 minutes post whitening and figured I’d come to TH-cam to see if I was being dramatic. This is no joke. I did my first two on high, and my last two on medium, and I couldn’t even make it through the last 5 minutes of my 4th round I felt like I was a subject on SAW. Death my mouth nerve pain. 🥴
I should’ve listened to the comments. Regret wasting money to feel pain that I’m pretty sure feels worse than giving birth. Guys stick with your yellow teeth and be happy u have teeth.
Just had this done, I did all four 15 minute sessions and yes it became uncomfortable in the 4th, and after the treatment it was super uncomfortable for the first couple of hours, and after that, just irritating. If you have the money do it. As Beyonce says 'pretty hurts'
Hello, Chris. Thanks for getting in touch and sharing this. We can only imagine that unpleasant experience you had, but we are happy to hear that you are feeling much better now. 😊
Why haven’t I heard of the pain this causes until I got it done! It feels like a bee is stinging the nerves in my teeth! Slight tingling in the gums my arse.

Real Person Here (not a paid actor) lol. REVIEW: Okay, I just left the appointment 2.5 hours ago. I made it through all four 15 minute sessions. I didn't feel any pain for the first 3 (maybe a little discomfort). However, halfway through the last one, I felt a SHARP HORRIBLE pain in my lower right side. I got worried, but the hygienist wasn't around. The last minute she showed up and I got ANOTHER sharp pain (it truly is horrible). However, they asked if i wanted to continue and I said sure since I only had one minute. The treatment worked (although my teeth were already pretty white) but as soon as I finished I started getting the "Zingers". I had to keep my mouth shut and didn't even want to talk. The hygienist told me up use the whitening gel again in about four months, which is weird because many people here mentioned they had to use it every day for seven days. I don't know, but anyway, it's been two hours. I am happy with the result, but these zingers are still coming in about about 6 per minute on average, ranging from a pain level of 1-9. Keeping my mouth shut helps. Out of the 6, two were pain level of 7-8 and lasted a millisecond to a full second. Tout should know that before going in. My smile IS whiter, but it's painful (and I have a high pain tolerance). I also just had knee surgery but never had to take the oxycodone (cause I'm tough like that), but this procedure has tempted me for sure. If you're reading this, I'll keep you posted in the comments below. I'll post the next day and a week after (if I can) :). END CONCLUSION the first day... If you're teeth are yellowish, I recommend it. But if you're teeth are white-ish already, it's not worth the pain. Unless you're determined to have the whitest smile ever. You're a trooper, my friend ;)!
@smith0123456789ifyHey! thanks, mate! I realized I never got back to posting my second round of comments. But, by the next day. All pain was gone. :) 5 months later, and my smile is back to where it was before the treatment. :/ Dang, Coffee!!! I can't give it up! :'(

Omg I am never going to do it again. Three treatments lasting 15 minutes each… third one I didn’t let her finish I started to scream after 7 minutes. Great results but that electric currently that pain is worst and my lower jaw teeth were sensitive for 12 hrs. In Australia most insurance companies covers entire cost for whitening. FYI You cannot eat coloured food for 48hrs min…. as It slows down the effect and sometimes leads to discolouration.
My dentist advised me eating advil b4 I went in. They didn't tell me to use sensodyne before my apt. Def wish they had. And given me the sensitivity gel prior. I'm not in the most pain but def could have made the experience a lot better if they had. The advil doesn't work. And the sensitivity gel for some reason seems to make it worse not better?????
Hi there, thanks for your comment - could we ask if you've already consulted your dentist about this? They would likely have more information on this and would be able to help you further. Thank you!
@@MrSapperb3 idk I’d do teeth cleaning this week and have to really think about that part lol it’s kinda worth it but the pain what people describing …😂
I just had my teeth whitening treatment and it was causing me a lot of sudden pain. While I was withdrawing money from the ATM machine, the pain suddenly came. I was taken aback & immediately pounded the machine, scaring the shit out of the guy behind me. I didn’t know he was there 😂 till he flinch
I started the take home trays 24 hours ago. I have an extremely high pain tolerance and this has me holding my mouth. Extremely painful. Feels like all of your roots are exposed. I was told my teeth would feel "sensitive". Hahaha good joke. I can't even speak. Not sure I want to continue. Just sent my husband out for orajel and sensodyne. Beauty is pain... But is it worth it? I'm not so sure.
I’ve just started my take home treatment, first night last night and this morning my teeth are SO SENSITIVE :( apart of me wants to stop! Please tell me it gets better.

there's something about nerve pain that just hits different for me. I can muscle through other stuff but the nerve pain is so interrupting. Reminds me of shingles (also awful nerve pain).

Horrible random zings like an electricity shock on your teeth. Results are awesome and undeniable; however I will never do it again. Just not even worth the pain.
I was surprised at how inexperienced my technician was. She left the machine resting uncomfortably on my face even though I had explained I have neck issues. After round 1 it became intolerable so I typed her a message that it was too heavy. She chose to not comprehend so I tried to verbalized it and wound up breaking the seal around my gums so the bleach leached in and burned for the next hour. Once she left the room, I adjusted the machine myself by tightening the knobs at the elbow of the machine. She was so unknowledgeable about the machine, I wondered how well she knew the rest of the procedure. It was an unpleasant experience.

Just had my session done but could only handle 3/5 of the session. My teeth got really sensitive so I had to stopped it. Hell No don’t have this done at all only made it half way through the 3rd session before I came out of the chair. My pain is through the roof right now I have my molds in with the gel the dentist gave me and still. I will never have this done again and strongly recommend no one ever have it done
Just using a bunch of de-sentizer gel my dentist gave and pain medicine. It was horrible. For weeks after I would still get random zingers. Just gotta tough it out. But damn I wouldn’t wish the pain on anyone. I threw away all my take home touch stuff. Good luck and hope they go away for you soon
oh my god the PAIN, the PAIN....jeepers - that stabs of pain through your teeth - take you by surprise and bitch slap you in agony - only lasts a second or two - but there's no telling when they strike - it's like a minefield in your mouth - codeine, nurofen and paracetemol - heck tramadol or morphine might be the only way to get rid - someone take me out with a large hammer and knock me out - argh

Worst treatment I have ever done and I got veneers done the same time. It’s been two weeks and I am still in agonising pain, throbbing pain like someone’s pulling my teeth out. Do not recommend this unless you are up for and love taking pill killers every day and night again and again. Not sure why the pain hasn’t disappeared it’s been two weeks since my treatment and the pain just gets worse
Hi there. Thanks for bringing this under our attention. This is something we take seriously, as it shouldn't be painful. Could you perhaps send us a message on Facebook or Twitter (@Philipscare) about this? We'd like to know more about this and probably need some private details. Hope to hear from you soon.
The pain is so awful. If someone has found a remedy PLEASE let me know. The results are good- but 100% NOT worth the pain. I have a high pain tolerance and this is just flat out bad. I’m actually upset that I spent money on this
I didnt really feel much in treatment but the pain got me later. This is sooo painful. Inconsistent random electrical zaps in your mouth. The results for me are worth it. My teeth were really yellow. but the pain.... ooooohhhh!!!

Did this today couldn't last through second session its crazy painful. Plus you have to keep your eyes closed so there's no way to even distract yourself. I seriously wanted to get a sharp metal object from the tray and kill myself that's how bad the pain is. Lol even the dentist was upset because my teeth had barely changed color and im "wasting my money" but I really don't care at this point I just want the pain to stop. Only get this done if you can handle feeling like your teeth are being stabbed by sharp ice picks every second.
😭do not recommend this to anyone, the pain is excruciating to the point where you want to strangle somebody. The worst pain i ever felt in my life, even worse than when i had my braces screwed in. its like this annoying sharp shocking feeling that comes and goes, you don’t even know when it’s coming that the worst part. DONT DOOO IT, its been hours since i did it nd im still in pain cantttttt even sleeeepp , my teeth looks white but idc , still not worth it nd id never do it again even if it was free😂😂😂
SUPER PAINFUL for about 12 hours after. Dont let them sugar coat it.
I agree mine are still freaking painful i just got it done i dont think anyone should do it

Yeah i can agree , i can't deny the results but its very painful , i apply it once in two days
I just had mine done and it’s super painful. I’m sitting at home with my sensitivity treatment in my trays. I’m getting a zing every few minutes.
How long did the pain last for you
@@scltd11 it was about 10 to 12 hours for me.
This pain is not worth it
ThankYou for sharing!! 🥰 Therefore anytime I am feeling sadistic I will use my at home kit 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏾♀️
Tell me it gets better. I’m 3 hours removed and holy hell
@@miked4973 at home or in the dentist ?
Confused at all the comments about this being super painful! It almost discouraged me from doing this treatment, but I’m glad I did and experienced no sensitivity/pain whatsoever! I guess it totally just depends on the person!
Good for you! I wish I never did this! Its a horrible pain! Worst than a headache! So dont be confused! Just be glad you didnt had to go tru this hell!
Maybe you aren’t a human being., everyone here said the same thing the same pain like I experienced... or Perco, Xanax or something like morphine is what you use like “pain killers”
If not., you are the only one here or an actress
I just had this done and the comments are not lying. I don’t know how this is marketed as not painful, I’ve had a lot of work done in my mouth but nothing as painful and constant as this.
exactly, the pain was worse than me getting braces
10000% .. guys listen to this comment! My goodness.
Did anything help? I'm not doing so hot.
@@kelseylynnchechak4807 acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and try to only eat white foods (preferably soft foods) for at least a day after
They did you wrong bro. They said fucked to your gums. I had mine done today. They applied some coating for my gums. It works incredibly. But damn its painful if you have a sensitive tooth.
@@Texas.Shave96 Dang that explains it. I might go again in the future then because the results were pretty nice
Good luck!
I'm glad that the second time was not as painful.
Definitely not worth it
Its really painful but worth it. Even the take home kit can cause a little pain but its worth the pain when you see how white ur teeth are.
You sound like one of those fat girls that'll squeeze their feet into a pair of small high heels they just got to have!
Lmfaoooooooooo
@@BreuckelensFinest weird takeaway from the original comment lmao
Regretting it at the moment. Nothing touches this.
Got this yesterday, and im so happy ❤️ pain is tolerable.
I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I did this and it was seriously the worst pain of my life. I sat through a 9 hour tattoo before and this was easily WAYYY more painful. The sudden rushes of sharp sharp pain are the absolute WORST.
Did anything help? I'm ready to cry.
Let’s go brooooo, from what shade u got ?
Rebekah ‘emeth I how long did it take for it to go away?
Gabriella Jayne thank you for being honest!
You are so correct! The pain is awful. How this product made it to public use is beyond me.
Does anything help? I'm going through the pain now.

It does work. But my gawd the "zingers". I'd do it again for the results.

How long did the pain last?
l just got mine done and my teeth are so sensitive :( can’t wait for this shit feeling to go away
Did the pain eventually go away?
Same. Just use whitening toothpaste once very two weeks. Or just baking soda. Fuck this shit
I just got a little os sensitivity at the last days nothing crazy. I want to with the blue light do u know if it works better ?
LOL. I'm so glad I didn't read the review before my appointment. I would not have gone through with it!
Did anyone get all that pre-sensitivity information from your dentist's office? I sure didn't.
I just got back from my appointment, and I'm on here looking for information on how to deal with the aftershock! LOL
My tech did a good job prepping my mouth and gums, so I did not experience gum sensitivity.
The first treatment was smooth no issues
The second treatment was primarily good...a few 'zingers' near the end
The third treatment was where I started to experience more 'zingers' and decided that was enough.
I was offered a 4th, but I declined.
Now that I'm home, I have 2 or 3 teeth causing the issues. It's no constant. I'm going to see how things go before I try using the Relief ACP
I'm hoping they are correct in that it lasts for only about 12 hours.
It's now morning and all pain is gone. So far I proclaim it's going to be worth it for me. Looks great and now feels like normal.
Did anything help ease the pain? This is absolutely awful!
some advice - take pain relief 30minutes before coming in for whitening, after treatment take another dose of pain relief.
How are you doing now? Its been a week since your comment. Am in so much pain ! 😞
PrinceAlfre I woke up the following morning and the pain was gone! I am currently using Sensodyne but I don’t have any sensitivity. I hope you’re feeling better now!
After all this bad review. Im starting to have doubt on weather should i do this treatment or not. Sounds scary
Tey Si Mon don’t do it
It can be super painful. I'm getting flashes of pain right now (a few hours after 4 doses of 15 minute of the treatment done in a row at once). Paracetamol helps. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
Were you okay the next day?
I’ve just started my take home trays last night and my teeth are so sensitive this morning! I hope it doesn’t last too long.
7 hours later, my teeth still hurts and i had pain killers. The electric shocks are very painful and lasts so long sometimes, it's the worst honestly. I don't think I would repeat it. By the way I only did 2 sessions.

I did 3. Never again. Results are nice but not worth going through this annoying painful shit.
I’m confused why would you used the whitening take home syringe for 24-48 hours after you got the treatment?
I got this done yesterday & it HURT LIKE HELL!!! But my teeth are nice n white now... So it was worth it.
It has been 8 hours since the treatment and it seems the pain has increased. I took the strongest painkillers I have to no avail
The results are quite magnificent though. If the effect actually last a few years then it’d be worth it.
So how was it?
It feels like hell right now for me. Had it done at 12:30 pm and 9 hours later I’m on ducking pain. Help
It’s so painful and nobody told me, I found this video after. It feels like someone is constantly scraping the inside of my teeth with a needle
Won't fluoride molecules and such in theacp prevent or hinder the bleaching agent to penetrate fully into the tooth surface?
On top of that I prepared for weeks with sensitive toothpaste.
Just started the take home trays yesterday... I'd rather have triplets right now.
F no
Just had this done, I did all four 15 minute sessions and yes it became uncomfortable in the 4th, and after the treatment it was super uncomfortable for the first couple of hours, and after that, just irritating. If you have the money do it. As Beyonce says 'pretty hurts'
Why can't you just use topical anesthetic before and through whitening?
I was in a lot more pain than I expected to be from this but it was still well worth it to me.
Hello, Chris. Thanks for getting in touch and sharing this. We can only imagine that unpleasant experience you had, but we are happy to hear that you are feeling much better now. 😊
The PAIN. OMG. Never again! First time in my life feeling a pain that changed my mood! I was so close to punching that machine!
2 days into zoom bleaching and my teeth are fuckin killin me.
Why haven’t I heard of the pain this causes until I got it done! It feels like a bee is stinging the nerves in my teeth! Slight tingling in the gums my arse.
Exacly. I didnt know about this now that I know. I’m dying
I don’t understand what needs to be worn for 24-48 after? The whitening gel? Im so confused . Please reply ! Great video!!

5 months later, and my smile is back to where it was before the treatment. :/ Dang, Coffee!!! I can't give it up! :'(
Regretting it at the moment. Any tips or just hang in there?
@@kelseylynnchechak4807 sleep lol. It worked for me. The next day all pain was gone for me.
@@jontorr2860 So much better today. They really need to tell you it will have you buckled over, instead of "They'll feel sensitive." Thanks a bunch!
The zinger is really painful.. i've been there.
Omg guys I’ve done it, the pain is horrible :,((( please when this pain stops
Wish I had never done it.
Does the Phillips Zoom in office treatment/kit include the take home syringe & trays? How important is it to wear after treatment?
Hi there, thank you for your question. Please feel free to contact our Zoom team, as they will be able to assist you with. You can reach them through: 1800 621 448. Hope to speak to you soon!
How much are the take home treys?
After the Zoom teeth whitening I get white spots on my teeth can u advice me what to do
Hi there, thanks for your comment - could we ask if you've already consulted your dentist about this? They would likely have more information on this and would be able to help you further. Thank you!

🤣🤣🤣
Seating here in pain I hope it was worth it
My dentist didn’t tell me it would hurt?! I’m getting it done in a few days and now I’m reconsidering.
So what happened?
Tell us more
don’t do it
Did you end up having it?
Just had this done. Hoping the sharp random pain goes away soon!!! Teeth look good though
Mr. President
Come on wasnt that bad lol... 1x is enough for me 2
I started the take home trays 24 hours ago.
How long do I have to wait to eat foods that stain teeth after my in office Zoom whitening? @PhilipsHealthcare
Hi there. Thank you for your question regarding Philips Zoom Whitening. After using Philips Sonicare teeth whitening products, it is advised to wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Don’t worry, if you don’t use social media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: to.philips/6053gkw0B.
Been doing 22% for like 10 days. The pain is annoying in a sense but it's more of a nuisance than actually bad pain. People just have low pain tolerance lol.
there's something about nerve pain that just hits different for me. I can muscle through other stuff but the nerve pain is so interrupting. Reminds me of shingles (also awful nerve pain).
How can I get it in Baghdad?
My dentist didn't give me the syringe tip. How do I apply it? They come out seperately.

I did 3/3 for 15mins.
On the third one I started getting jolting pains. I’m 4 hours after and get jolts every 2-3 mins.
I came to this video searching for something to help with the pain. Going to bed soon and hoping that I can get to sleep. Really hoping the pains are gone by the morning.

@@PhilipsHC it felt better the next day. I was never told that it would be sensitive so I was just shocked. @@Mfitzy what shade that you get ? Please

Dentist applied extra desensitized ointment but the zing feeling through my bottom and top tooth are in pain. It’s definitely whiter but I wouldn’t do it again. The pain sucks. It hurts more than getting a tattoo.

Only get this done if you can handle feeling like your teeth are being stabbed by sharp ice picks every second.
lmaoo i regret it so much i feel like crying 😥 i never experienced any pain like this, even worse than when i had braces tbh
😭do not recommend this to anyone, the pain is excruciating to the point where you want to strangle somebody.
