Not hard, just time consuming. Especially if you're trying to get all trophies for both of the dlc's as well. Some collectibles and tedious trophies. Especially nightmare on north point. I honestly had lots of fun with this game just kinda draining for some of the trophies lol

I remember this one bug I did where I went to the cruise ship area from the final boss chase. I left toward my car and saw some thugs. Then I saw 3 more, and more and more, and then I had about 40 Thugs standing around. I jumped onto of a container, there being about 100 or so thugs standing around taunting me. The FPS was awful and some were flashing or having parts disappearing so I ran away to a crib to save, only to return and see them all gone. I never could do that bug again sadly because it could have made a awesome battle.
I have a glitch/bug for you that not many people know of. That one mission where you have the golden cleaver and have to fight off tons of people with poisoned weapons. If you turn off all your HUD settings so that it's in full cinematic like mode, drop your cleaver and only do counters and melee attacks (also while wearing one of the police swat uniforms, not sure if that matters) your game will always crash at some point before you can finish the mission. It's not a matter of how fast or slow you do it. And even using the cleaver for a short time and switching to unarmed will still cause it. To this day I'm not sure if it's the uniform, a HUD setting, or not playing the mission like its intended to (leaning towards one of the HUD settings) but it's a really badass way to play the mission. I've kinda grown to like the crash as I can then keep replaying it. (PC definitive edition). There are the famous glitches and bugs like with amd video cards the game will run extremely fast for some reason and cars will drive like 3 times faster but those are common. This one I haven't seen any talk of.
i did a 0 death walkthrough and i passed until near the end of the story a cop tried to arrest me i countered his attack and ended up flyin 2 miles into the air falling to my death in the process

I have this one glitch thet appear in the kennedy town area in the port there is a car dealer there that sells A-class Cars this glitch is hilarious so yiu must purchase any car (cheapest is better) then when the gate opens drive it where half of the car is outside and the otuer half inside so if you go too far from the car dealer then the gate closes but the car is stll there and when that happens it closes down to the car and the car freaks out with the physics
I found a glitch u missed by the waterfront you will find a pipe and it's right by a fire station go up the street in front of the pipe ride into a specific spot after also make sure before it hits or a little before for it to work if it work what will happen is it will go flying to the right also the fire truck has to go at a speed like so he cancsee if he responds make sure if u want me to upload me going into it or doing it respond and tell me
There was one planned but cancelled due to the company behind it closing due to financial problems. Design docs planned a new city based on Hong Kong's electric district, new character with Wei making a Cameo and mobile app usage to build a empire ingame. It was mainly based around just being a leader rather then a follower unlike the original.
[ cty ] You have to go to the place where two characters get married in one of the missions. You have to climb up some scaffolding into a window then walk down the hall way until you hear some glass break. When you walk back out, all the peds will despawn. This was a terrible explanation just look it up.
