1 The icons of this elephant-god should be carefully flaunted at the work place or homes.
2 First of all, if you are planning on placing his idol at your workplace, consider getting a standing idol as it brings energy and enthusiasm to work.
3 Lord Ganesha with his trunk tilted towards his right is called Vakratunda and should not be placed in a house unless you take a vow to follow the strict rituals adherently.
4 The best placement of the idol in the north-east corner of the apartment, also known as the Ishan corner.
5 The seekers of happiness, peace, and prosperity should go for a white or marble idol of Ganpati, as it stands for purity of intention and spirituality.

Im not sure if the directions of the trunk is correct.. are you sure its to his right or to your right. Because I was always told its to your right where the Ganesh should not be placed in your house unless you do poojas for it daily. Even in my prayer room all the Ganesh's I have seen have their trunks to our right but the statues or Metal decorations with him have it on our left.
Hii i have a ganesh statue and the trunk is to our right is it bad but everyday we offer flowers , incense sticks and light a lamp

this is not vary accurate~ this has some great points, but it seems to be coming from a pagan-minded point of view,
and besides, you put your deity in your heart, not your house, But if u do, you put it where-ever you feel is right, even the bathroom, Hinduism is not a faith that varys from sect to sect, but from person to person, there is no (offical set in stone-rules) when it comes to the individual, but use common sense, never in a place like a place where meat it cut, and not above a trash can ect ect

This is obviously coming from someone with zero knowledge of Hinduism.You need to read the Vedas.
Warren Ayala Even Hindus born and raised in India agree the most important thing is to offer your body, mind, love and emotions to the Divine. Sure its not wrong to do it in a set way, but worshipping with purity of intention and completely surrendering to the divine is more important. The way you said that displays a lack of peace in your heart, even if you “know more” it is obvious that does not translate to greater spirituality and peace.

Just now my Ganesha statue moved. I placed it fronting a banana, and after few minutes, it faces away from the banana 😭😥 he don't like banana? Pls help
The north east corner in my apartment is the refrigerator. I keep meat in there. I will try my bedroom but of course I get dressed in there. Hmmmm.....this will be tricky unless I just don't put meat in there. I like vegetables more anyway.

so many silly man made rules about Lord Ganesh LOL! I really dont know who started all these silly rules or from which TV show they copied from.
