Donna wants to be taken seriously but hasn’t given a valid reason as to why she should be promoted. Just because she’s been at the shop for years doesn’t mean anything. If anything saying that she’s been there for years doesn’t help her case, because she’s been there for years but hasn’t shown any progress. Misspelling client tattoos and doing lack luster tattoos isn’t a reason Ceaser should promote you. Bae is the best artists at the shop and if Donna would’ve humbled herself she could’ve learned a lot from Bae.
