DANGER. This company closed and they do not return the money. It doesn't even offer any alternative to those of us who have purchased the lifetime license.
Same issue here! They deactivated one account that we've used to generate temporary voice overs for simulations. Another persons account at the company that has barely been used was not disabled. I suspect they are disabling any account that has been using the service in any meaningful way as they are likely paying per request now.
@@williamkwanco I noticed appsumo took Utrrr's page down on their site. I've been in touch with the help desk and I'm going to insist on a refund. If I don't get a refund I'll Take Utrrr to the small claims court in the UK. Their address is in their privacy agreement on their website.
It's a shame if they don't take it seriously, it reflects badly on anything else offered on Appsumo, so is hard on other sellers, it basically means Appsumo is too risky to use now and you can't rely on the products so can't use for anything serious. It's the second TTS software that has caused issues for us. LTD = limited days only, an unpredictable random number in fact.@@williamkwanco

I haven't used the service in months just logged in sometimes and my account is also disabled
***UPDATE*** On the main website they show they are closing down on March 1st, 2024...however...the website has been updated with new content 🙄

Don't have their details at all. I've raised with AppSumo but I doubt anything from their end could help.
