Yes . My lock is stuck .. Volkswagen mess up these design it’s cheap plastic key with no knob to turn the lock open

I thought the same when watching the video, but theres an indent under the cap that the emergency key fits in perfect, so you insert the key, twist, and it pops off perfect. 👍🏻
