I'm a casual wrestling fan, so I don't remember everyone. When Oli said Brother Love, I confused him with Dude Love. I was thinking "Why was Mick Foley the Undertaker's manager?" It took a few minutes to remember the difference.
Goldberg squashing Brock in 1 minute and 26 seconds was amazing. Younger fans like me who were too young to watch the legend of Goldberg in WCW cuz of bed times were able to see him dominate in WWE for once.
I'm a geezer by comparison and I thought the match was a brilliant swerve. But I also had the memory of Goldberg's run in 2003-04 in the WWE and especially his Mania 20 match vs Brock...the moment I saw Brock get blitzed like that I thought "Oh...oh okay, so we're actually getting Goldberg this time? And he basically did to Lesnar what Lesnar did to Cena? You have my attention."
Which led to, imo, one of the most underrated matches in Mania history between Brock and Goldberg the following year. Just a lot of fun and honestly would have been a good note for Bill to go out on (and not burg The Fiend at a Saudi show years later ffs).

OK it was a coincidence actually, but funny to think about. Go back watch the match. Theres a point in the match where HBK has Bret in a sleeper hold. Heenan on commentary says "ring the bell give him the title!"

For 2008 I have “Horrific Hardy Angle”. They literally open the show by saying that Jeff Hardy was found unconscious in his hotel room. Remember this is only a few years after Guerrero passed, it’s the same month he passed and Hardy has a known drug problem and you can see why it was pretty disgusting that they did this. Oh and also it’s another example of them promoting a match that they had no intention of doing.

I forget what year but I remember one year Jake Roberts teamed with Earthquake & Typhoon. That match was what made me realize wrestling wasn’t real. It had only been a few months before that Earthquake squished Jake Roberts snake.

The thing I love about The Rock catching that baton is: if he'd done it too easily, it would have looked too planned. If he missed, everyone would have looked like an asshole. He caught it EXACTLY perfectly to make it look like he wasn't supposed to.

The thing with Ziggler at the 2014 Survivor Series is that he was only even in the match since Roman got sick and had to be pulled, hence not doing anything with him afterwards. It was one hell of a performance he put in though.
I mean they did Bragging rights in 2009 as well, I mean they did make the big 7 on 7 elimination in 2010 as opposed to 1 fall in 09 but still
I think Bret Hart vs Diesel had one of the first ever Spanish table spots in WWE. That was pretty cool. Probably Diesel’s best WWE match on PPV.
Fun fact: when the Undertaker debuted, he was initially called Kane, the Undertaker.
the idea of the sole survivor winning even tho they never got in the ring is a really funny idea i just dont think it played out as well as it could have.

ECW December to Dismember 2006 came a week after Survivor Series 2006. Not as close as the Texas show but I think we can agree 1991 was a L, but 2006 was the downfall for an entire brand.
I started watching WWE at Wrestlemania 25 in 2009 and I was hook by The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels Match and Jeff Hardy but stop watching on 2011 or 2012 because there was nothing for me in there anymore, but one day in 2014 survivor series when I watch Dolph Ziggler performance I was hook again and I thought that they were gonna do something big with Dolph and I waited for years and they never gave him his time 😪 Jajaja but since 2014 I've been watching everything that WWE has put on XD and also since the beginning of AEW thanks to you guys I decided to give a chance to something new 🙌🏼 thank you, I'm enjoying both, it's a lot of wrestling for me sometimes xD

I really loved Goldberg squashing Lesnar at the time, just because it was such a shock. An with hindsight and their excellent Mania match in mind (apart from Goldberg defeating Owens for the red belt) I love it even more
1987 to me card wise, oughta be Andre beats Hogan, as this was the start of the push to their famous Main Event WWF Title rematch the following February. Little surprised that went unmentioned here. Also could alternatively go with Hogan Must Pose lol.
wasn't Ziggler's spot supposed to be for Roman Reigns, before he got injured? But sort of like how Kofi switched with Ali for the gauntlet, they didn't change how the eliminations were scripted, so Ziggler got to have this awesome comeback. And then they made sure that the victory was because of Sting and not Ziggler. The entire next few months it was "Sting screwed the Authority" and nothing about Ziggler's 3-1 comeback victory.
Just a thought about the 1993 one. In my opinion it's not racism as such when it's all foreigners, it's xenophobia. Now if the foreigners were of different skin colours or distinct descent, yeah that's racism.
