I don’t understand how you don’t have more subscribers. You are absolutely amazing. I spent some time experimenting with the 1 to 1 bamboo flour blend, but came to the realization that there is never going to be a 1 to 1 keto flour that results in amazing cookings, but all of yours that I have tried are amazing and most of your recipes use the same ingredients, just different quantities. Please don’t give up on your loft house recipe, that was my favorite store bought cookie. Thank you so much for all you do for us. I can’t wait to see what you have in store for us next.
Idk either, lol. Aww thank you, I'm just glad I can help people! Yeah people keep asking about a flour blend I just don't think one mix will work for everything. I bet my lemon whipped sugar cookie us pretty similar. Maybe I can figure that out next. The hard part I've been working on for a long time is a keto crusting buttercream. Our sweeteners just don't like to dry when mixed with butter. And the loafhouse has that amazing crusty buttercream on top. Maybe one of these days!
@@KetoUpgrademaybe come up with a few carnivoreish desserts? That would draw in a whole big group of people? Anyway, I'll start trying to share your recipes on Facebook. I think your channel should be huge..you are amazing!
@joette3477 I just don't know much about carnivore, I'd have to research which I don't have a lot of time for at the moment. Thank you very much, I appreciate you sharing my recipes!
@NancyElizabeth-c3n every holiday baking season I do well but the last 2 years I had to take a break and lost alot of traction. Hopefully this year wil be different! Hope you enjoy the recipes!
Great compilation to provide right before the holidays🎄You have come up with SO many great recipes packed with wise tips for using various ingredients. Love that you have recipes for those with almond allergies. Mexican wedding cake cookies with pecans, yum!! Eager to see your new creations after the bakery shipping rush is complete!!❤ Have you ever made a chocolate malt cookie or dessert? I think malt is a hard flavor to get translated to keto .
I made several of your recipes last year and I'll be making more this year. Your recipes are great! Thanks for all your hard work, sharing this with us!
Yummy! Those crispy ginger cookies sound amazing. Would love to see the crispy one adapted to a Biscoff cookie! I'm still shocked when I read the label for Biscoff...no butter and only cinnamon, not the usual spices for speculoos. I always wonder how they achieve that flavor.
@@KetoUpgrade I'll try your recipe as is because I really love crisp (even hard, like out of the bag) ginger snaps. Then I'll decide if I want to attempt the Biscoff. It's always been a goal of mine. Thanks again! Oh, and I still have to try your allulose marshmallows---and I want to see if I can do a shortcut "nougat" filling for candy bars by adding a little melted chocolate. Probably doomed to failure but it will still be yummy...
Thank you for this and all your hard work! I have made your Girl Scout caramel delites and your Madeleine cookies. They both were just as good as the real thing. ❤
I’m mostly carnivore now, but still love watching and enjoying your excellent and very well laid out recipes. If I make any desserts, they’re yours Alycia!
I have your Pumpkin Cake in the fridge but those sugar cookies are calling my name. Think I will make some of those today 😋 I can even frost some of them with the cinnamon cream cheese icing as I had some of that left over 🙂
@@KetoUpgrade I agree the texture isn't real jam like but it is convenient to just buy and doesn't spoil rapidly unlike, homemade. I hope someday there will be a commercially prepared Keto jam that is truly like a sugar based homemade jam.
@@rochelles.8387 My homemade jam stays good for months as long as it's in a clean container. I have a batch from last year still with no mold on it. But I get the convenience for sure!!

Yay! Question if you have the bandwidth: with any of your cookie recipes have you experimented with more whey protein and less coconut? I remember you mentioning that in an earlier video and i make your chocolate chip cookies all the time so i was wondering if you had any rules of thumb about adjusting for more protein
I would think my lemon sugar cookie recipe would be a good jumping off point. I've been doing around twice or more whey as coconut in my latest recipes.
It was a long time ago now but I believe I tried it and didn't notice a difference and we already have more ingredients to get a good texture so I just left it out. You can add it with no adverse affect though if you want.
I don't have a store front, just the links in the description box of my videos and blog posts. That is one thing I'm going to look into figuring out in the new year. I don't know if I need a certain amount of traffic in order to get a store front or what, but I'm going to look into it.
I hope you can help. When I use isopure protein in my baked goods, I get an unpleasant taste from it. It is that protein powder taste. Sometimes it mellows next day. Sometimes it is masked; I can make your chocolate donuts and not taste it. But I tossed my pumpkin pie...no one could get past that taste. I use the same brand as you. I'm wondering if I should try a flavored one like Vanilla, or a mild Keto Chow flavor. I absolutely want to make your versions because you leave out the nut flours which are too carby for me. I don't often make treats. Finally losing weight again after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid. Took a couple of years of a stall and I never cheated, but I had to cut out anything that wasn't bare bones keto. At Christmas I'd like to have an occasional treat though.
Interesting, I can't taste it at all in my baked goods and I've tried the prepackaged quest protein cookies and I can taste it in those, it's gross. You can use a flavored one but you will have to cut the sweetener and possibly cut back on xanthan gum. I hope you are able to make some treats for Christmas.

Hi Alicia! Thank you so much for the recipes. The Shortbread recipe is perfect. I want to make the butter cookies, but does it matter what brand of egg white protein I use? If so, which would you recommend?
You're welcome, glad you enjoy it! I'm not sure it matters or not. I use to use NOW brand but they changed their product. So I used to use one that was only dried egg whites but I'm not sure if it would matter for the recipe. If you want no added ingredients in the egg white, Judee's or its just are good brands.
I’m going to take a chance and ask you is there a sugar combination that can be used for every day and baking so I don’t have to worry about having the right one to use to bake with 😊
Unfortunately because our sweeteners don't act the exact same as sugar, different ones are suited better for different applications. But for a bulk of my desserts I use an erythritol based sweetener which you can use for just about any cake or cookie recipe I have. Just like regular sugar, I do prefer to have a white, brown and powdered on hand.

I know I'm not thin, I'm still working on losing the baby weight. I got down to my goal weight while eating my recipes. Which is the weight I'm comfortable at. If I were to have lost more weight than in the 2021 videos, I wouldn't like the way I look.
I use Alycia's recipes to help keep my husband from bringing home and bingeing on carbage from the store. I also use these recipes to serve when around others who do not eat as we do. We also recently enjoyed the Pumpkin cake for Thanksgiving. Alycia's recipes provide healthier alternatives. My husband was a TOFI (thin on the outside and fat on the inside) and he wasn't healthy, at all. Recipes like these help to keep him healthy by his not bringing home much worse alternatives. I appreciate Alycia's time and effort for healthier alternatives and it has worked, he no longer brings those replaced items home from the store. Thanks Alycia!
