Strong Thunderstorm with Downburst and Flooding Rain (August 6, 2024)

A cluster of strong thunderstorms moved across Pennsylvania with a discreet cell merging with an advancing line segment. My apartment complex ended up in the direct path of a bowing segment and high wind gusts. The event was more progressive than sudden but there was a brief downburst at 13:55 which was very cool to see. The rainfall rates were also high during the peak of the storm. Temperatures dropped 14 degrees within the hour.
