I live in that part of town where that iron tee was built. Im at carriage place dr in my friends parents house they could use to finish those trails and sidewalks in that area like finish adding that trail from the that round about that takes you to middle rd to the hopewell and middle road for example
Theres also seems the lack of affordable apts too theres way more affordable apts in davenport then bettendorf. And depending on what part of town there lacking or coukd really use more trails and sidewalks and or finish connecting new and existing ones together.
You talk about no entertainment arena in Bettendorf. You need to think about something, if they did have one, it would take away from the Mark. Then the Mark suffers. The Quads are not big enough to support more than one arena. I remember back in the day there use to be the Quad Cities Development Group. They would talk about these kinds of things so cities didn't step on each other. You have to look at Bettendorf asmore of an upscale bedroom community. Bettendorf has always been the odd man out in the Quads. The only time that wasn't true was when they had that stupid gambling boat. You probably don't know, but there was a time when Bettendorf had almost as much tractor manufacturing as Moline along the river.
