My 7 month old gave myself, husband, mom, sister, and nephew a stomach bug. Needless to say, she's over the hump and back at daycare. My husband returned to work as well so I'm home alone and I hate to admit that I'm enjoying it😂 it's nice to be able to clean and disinfect uninterrupted while listening/ watching your video!

Same with our vents when moved in, I realised you can unscrew them, I popped covers in dishwasher came out really bright, yellowish colour came off, cool condo

Great video! It’s fun to see the progress in the condo. Because you are renting out the condo as well as staying there yourselves I’d highly recommend a mattress protector that completely covers the mattress and zips up. AllerEase makes one that is waterproof and bedbug and dust proof. I have one for every bed to help prolong the life of my mattresses.
We did that! Zippered encasements on every bed AND a mattress protector! 🙌🏼

I line my cabinets with the textured clear vinyl. I started under my sink in case of leaks. It really cuts down on the noise in my pots and pans drawers.

Joanna! I'm a newbie to furniture flipping, people on my fb furniture groups have been using oven cleaner to remove paint, stain, poly. It seems like it works great from pictures I've seen.

Thank you for sharing! The matte silver is probably nickel plate. 😊 And like someone else said, to get into those small, thin areas on that table, a dremmel will work well for that.
I understand the new place needed a good cleaning, but overall from what I saw its a beautiful condo and I wish you many opportunities to make happy memories as a Summer getaway with your family and that it will be a terrific financial investment.
The lamp cord would be cute with one of the shark cord wraps from Amazon attached to the back or table. I saw it when I searched for my KitchenAid cord wrap.
SO glad I found your channel, and this video in particular. We are building a rental home in Navarre Beach (near Pensacola) and have bought 11 of those Tulo mattresses. We just read the reviews and ordered them. SO happy they are comfy. You are correct, renters will complain if the mattresses aren't comfy (we previously owned a small rental home in Pensacola Beach, the Navarre house we are building has room for us to grow). You are also correct that renters are HARD on stuff. Be prepared to replace things, repair things, repaint, etc on a regular basis. I recommend you put in hand held shower heads, like Water Pic shower heads you can pull down. MUST have as far as I am concerned for getting sand out of my butt :)
You could paint the grooves in the table the same color as the table leg color! It would be so beautiful & a lot faster to just quickly use a thin paint brush!
Use scrub daddy power paste from target on those cabinet stains. Works wonders 👍

Really a nice condo. Sleeps ten if you include the LR sofa and double bunk room . Is there parking? One or two car? So will you all go down to stay at the same time? You said just go down a few times and rent it out. I live in .south Florida. Little bit different up there and including weather. I know your going to love it!
