  • I am so thrilled to share this expert with you!
Elizabeth Bright is a Doctor of Osteopathy, a Naturopath, a martial arts master and author of a must read book: Good Fat is Good for Women: Menopause. The symptoms associated with menopause (as well as PMS) are due to absence of essential nutrients in a women's diet and most importantly the best kind of fats. This is great news for all women, and the men and others who want to support the women they know and love.
Elizabeth is changing the lives of her patients in Italy where she lives as well as all over the world consulting and treating patients through ZOOM.

I wish I had this information years ago. I went through all the bioidentical hormone therapy with horrible results. Since using Dr. Brights protocol I have finally gotten a good night of sleep for the first time in many years. Thank you For. Bright! I love the book also. You are helping humans remember how to live our best lives!

Thank you for bringing Dr Bright to us. I am yet another health conscious person who fell for low-fat as a teen.
Didn’t turn this around until age 60.

Phew and Hurrah! We finally have strong woman who talk about carnivore and menopause and all that it means in our lives. I have just ordered Elizabeth Bright's book.
I am 61 and have just been through menopause and it wasn't kind to me even though it wasn't bad by 'normal' standards. I had been on a dairy free ketogenic diet for several years BUT the fats I ate were mostly coconut oil which I have found is not an ideal fat to prevent all the issues I encountered with menopause.
I definitely had adrenal deficiency through my menopause as I was only able to sleep for a few hours a night and the hot flushes were miserable. I think I also became mentally foggy as I started eating more and more carbohydrates to make myself feel better. Ha!
My skin also started to finally wrinkle post menopause. Darn it I wish I had known all this information before as I would have definitely gone high fat carnivore and would probably still have good skin.
I still can't sleep through the night! But I am on day 47 of a carnivore diet and looking forward to sleeping all the way through the night like I used to so long ago.
"PUFA's are motor oil" I love that statement.

Very much enjoyed the interview. Kiki advertisment how ever not so much. Probably won't be watching any more Kiki interviews because of it. Yes I find it that annoying. But once again the interview itself was very good. Thank you for the information.

Of course those are easy to fast forward through. I fast forward through those all the time. Or turn down the volume like on tv At the time my producer was following best practices.

Aristotle had the gall to say that women, like dogs, had no soul. He believed only men had a soul or spirit. 🙄

Terrible. We still must raise our voices and advocate for women.
