I was at Daytona in '71 when the three's were reigning well and Dick Mann won. Hearing those threes wail out onto the trioval was quite impressive, nothing like them.

Hi Barry, I feel the same, I've got goose bumps even now writting this!
I use to live by the A45 between Coventry & Birmingham and Percy Tait was an acquaintance.
He gave me a lift home once from the factory, I'll treasure that memory.
I remember being at Mallory Park and watching three tripples side by side going around the hairpin.
I was at Silverstone and Percy let me sit on Slippery Sam for a photo (it was on a stand).
Unfortunately I'm too short to ride anything bigger than a Triumph T100R.
My first big bike was a T100c and I'm still ridding a 1970 T100R now even though I'm 69 years old.

I think we met 14?…. years ago, Spa. It’s been a sunday morning 6 am testing and warming up in my neighborhood (directly).
