I have been on the hunt for an oem dual control unit for my 05 300c. The unit shown here is an aftermarket. I know because the oem have a white circuit board and no internal clear plastic channel the light runs through.
Now Chrysler may have contracted an outside firm to provide them but the oem made in USA are not like this one. You can tell easily simply by looking at the front plate. If there are little blue and red dots on the dial indicating cooler or hotter, then it is oem. This one has no markings and is probably made overseas. The oem are not so simple to fix

Lol, I do that too.. I’m gonna do it regularly for a few weeks now and see if it’s a permanent fix.

Is there a certain voltage for those bulbs?
I try to replace them with led but every time I connect a new bulb. They lit up then died forever.

I forget off the top of my head; I **think** they are 12V. I do remember that they are grain of wheat bulbs, and for the majority of the electronics in the car, they are either 3mm or 5mm grain of wheat bulbs.
That said - I don't think it's possible to just place LEDs in place of a bulb (without a small set of resistors or something). I'm not sure, but I think this is an AC circuit (whereas LEDs are for DC) - and although voltage might be right, there might be too much current flowing through them.
You theoretically could replace the bulbs with LEDs, but I'm pretty sure it would require other things too like resistors or something.
I hope that helps in some way; thanks for watching!
