Yeah man, if you start with wrestling and build your base with that , then progress through other martial arts , you will be better off than to start with any other. Like if I could start over, I’d do wrestling and boxing as my two styles first then at around 15 I would branch out to bjj and Muay Thai

All the liftin, calesthenics, and runnin trainin is a cake walk for me but when I saw all that @1:52 to 2:39, all I can think of is my knees crinklin like pop rocks and my spine compressin like play dough. These dudes are nuts and I love it!
