How to wood burn a box with DIY stencil

I turned this old cigar box into a dice box for my husband as a gift for our 13th wedding anniversary :)
I did a DIY stencil and wood burned the design.

I’ve only dabbled in resin but I don’t have any good polishing tools. Also the metal dice have a nice weight to them 😊

@@Lauraetcetera believe it or not a regular old Dremel drill is good polishing tool 😂 but I understand what you mean by wait and also giving it a nice copper finish, that’s a little more difficult with the resin
