I'm a 3rd year medical student at Stellenbosch University. They have also moved all our theory modules to the 1st semester then we write exams and continue our clinical rotations in the second semester with our OSCE at the end of the year.

First year student at NWU.Studying actuarial science.All my assignments and tests have moved to online mode.Exams were cancelled and replaced with online assignments.Been going well so far.But ,self-discipline has been quite a struggle for me.Instant gratification is a big enemy of mine.

Hi there, as far as I'm aware if you did the 3 necessary sections you don't need to. You just need to apply, but as always check with Tabea to make sure you meet the prerequisites. Her details are on the GEMP website

Hey Wade, regarding the electives, like can you choose cardiosurgery or neurosurgery, or that doesnt exist in terms of electives and it would be just surgery as a whole??
Hi 👋 we can choose any specialty or direction, whether it be general surgey up to cardio or urology. We have to do full 4 weeks or we can split it in 2 weeks for 2 different specialities.
