i was a bit upset with how they missed the separated stovetops and ovens etc in the snowy escape pack because i feel like it's a very japanese feature so seeing them in this pack is probably one of my favourite things, i am ecstatic! i love this entire apartment, i can already tell i'm never going to stop using all of these items lol

I’d love to see you do a like modern young VAMPIRE (or magic!) style house renovation!!! Mixing gothic style, with all of this snazzy new furniture! It would be cool to see a luxurious darker modern house meant for the occult. Imagine like a young adult vampire or witch who has recently inherited a house and updated it !
I love your builds!!! I would go move the hood vent you have over the oven. That is used for stoves. Other than that your build is perfect!! I was so excited you did a two story apartment.

A limited pack to this and eco or this and tiny living would be nice. I’m not sure how well this will work with tiny living but hopefully it works well because it would be great for tiny homes.

you should try a 100 baby challenge house! maybe a small home, many benefits! I have been wanting to start that challenge but can never find the right house to start with :)

Could you perhaps do a half vet half home kinda home. So the bottle could be a vet then the top floor be like a smaller apartment! Also I thought if like an old English cottage and an old farm house kind of vibe but not very big so like medium to small size! Also loved the apartment! 💘😁✨
Don't know about you guys but i love Following a skilled builder Sim like Tanya so when i start a new game i use one of her builds and it just seems like an entirely new experience! You create a Sim and story which fit the build and there you have it A FRESH new exciting play session OMG how is it possible some people get bored of the Sims 4 ?! BUILDERS littereally creates HALF of my Story and the rest is me imagining and role playing. Sims 4 leaves sOo much room for our imagination apart from simulation lag, some bugs, slow incoming content and expensive price tags

Every time I want an open ceiling to the second floor I for the life of me can’t get it to work properly. Someone hellppppp this looks so good 😂😂
For some reason sims can no longer walk over invisible fences at the top of the stairs. Add another fence above the stairs, wherever it will let you place it, so that the hole open area is enclosed in a fence, and then use control to remove the fence at the top of the stairs. It doesn't look as great, but at least it functions, at least until the sims team gets around to fixing that bug.

This is a beautiful apartment! My only question is why did you put the range hood over the oven and not the stove? I thought range hoods were to protect against smoke over the stove.
They are. I made the mistake because I'm so used to them being a single item in the game.

I have a suggestion for some builds to do with pride month
Basically just tiny homes but the entire colour scheme has to be only colours from pride flags and the closer to the actual flag colour the better
I think it could be a fun challenge to build a tiny home only being able to use a few colours in very specific shades (though I think if something doesn't come in any of the colours and is needed for the house to function, like a toilet, then it should be added anyway)

I feel like a single mom who owns a company or something (maybe like a really big fashion blog) lives here and maybe her sister is the co-owner and her young adult daughter(or the main mom’s daughter) stays here a lot and helps out too (maybe the sister lives next door and the guest bedroom is for the young adult?) anyways I’m saving this for my legacy challenge new heirs❤️

Lol.. the kitchen hood is supposed to go over the hob not the oven itself :D The point is to catch all the nasty steam and smoke and grease from the pan :D lol
