I would love to see a Moroccan spa with pool community lot! You could use the modular furniture to create a really luxurious locker room, spa day to make the function, massage/mud bath, the get famous stylist stuff to make a “hair salon”/makeover room, the Courtyard oasis stuff to make the design of the build, snowy escape onset!
Also a million tiny homes with the new pack, haha
I would love to see a couple of shipping containers turned into a home with the walls covered in the module designs for lots of storage. Maybe a work from home single mom? I’d just love to see a tiny space transformed to hold as much stuff as possible.

Maybe they didn’t plan the child and couldn’t afford to move so they did there best at least it’s a roof over their head, food in their stomach, and a living home environment they would have no reason to be resentful or hate that just my thoughts as that’s how some people live
I think it would be so cute to do a series of tiny homes based on astrological signs. I’m not super into astrology but it could be really cute!

Could you make a build/tiny house for a toy maker, I think it would be cute for a sim who is old and its like the grandpa from Pinocchio or maybe the son/daughter of that grandpa, maybe even a grandpa toy maker who lives with his granddaughter/son and they make toys together? I know that toy making isn't technically a thing (it would be more like woodworking) but I still love the idea of having an office filled with toys.

I think a 2-tile kitchen is possible! test the induction burner with a dishwasher below it. Simsie was able to prep the food over the burners without the need for an empty counter. with the mini fridge and oven combo it's just 2 tiles! perfect for a squish!
i think it may be fun to make an apartment or loft just… filled to the brim with nerds. nerds of all shapes and sizes. one is super into astronomy, another into gaming, a third maybe into cars. a lot of passionately nerdy people sharin’ a space!
I think it would be cool to see you build an outdated house (closed off floor plan, old appliances, gross decor, maybe a conversation pit living room?), then renovate it to look more contemporary. Maybe a young family inherited grandma's house, but it's got a bad case of the 1970s, so the family is renovating it to suit their style and needs.
Hey, Tonya! I know Get to Work is a glitchy mess, but I would love to see another multi community lot build (like the vet/coffeeshop/gym build you did a few months ago). I think the new closet items would make for a great clothing retail store :) maybe a coffee shop off to the side. Maybe even a furniture store. (I basically would love to see a Target for the Sims 4 😂😂) love your content!

I love having pools in my houses for game play because my sims can exercise and have fun at any age above toddler. Elders don't usually get the exhausted moodlet from that because it's low impact i assume? Either way it's useful for gameplay,game play because it's easy to get fitness skill up without making them grumpy! Either way I'd love a house with a pool build from you because I sometimes struggle to make it look good without building a massive expensive patio

Would love family builds with a suite/section for an uncle/cousin/siblings family. I like playing generation games a bit like that where there are two family units living together with shared spaces but some separate space too

I’d rather have bikes for kids. Scooters, a lemonade stand and a rocking horse for toddlers and kids would be great. Also a little toddler phone would be cute and some other toys for toddlers and kids, especially smaller toys.
