Glad you liked it. I really love being on CCR. I do love my rEvo as well. I would own every brand of CCR if I had the money though. As for CCR I love warm air, no bubbles, the extra time etc. As for rEvo I like mine as its a hCCR so I get to change between manual to electronic with or without CMF. I like having 4 to 6 cells, dual scrubbers and its easy to fix and maintain. . The biggest selling point though was I could buy it locally, learn locally, get spares and consumables locally and most of my buddies used one so I can get most issues sorted very quickly and easily and not worry about ruined dive trips. Its so easy I often use it just for the sake of it on shallow shore dives just because I prefer to dive CCR. My biggest concern was having a unit that sat there never getting used because it was off being fixed and serviced etc
Excellent. And thanks for your detailed reply - it’s the unit I’m looking to get also. Good to hear they’re solid and looking at the video so we’ll streamlined. I was very jealous 😁
Glad you liked it. Wish I was off to Egypt. I'm stuck in isolation due to COVID. I use a set of lights I got off ebay ages ago. The ebay lights can work great but the risk is quality control so make sure you use them before your trip. As for settings that's a bit more tricky as I change them depending on what Im shooting. As a general starting point I use 5K60W or 4K120N for wide or close up. Then bit rate high, iso max 400, EV - .5, sharpness medium, WB auto. Enjoy your trip. The biggest key is learning what shots work and what shots don't as after all its a small camera.
Captured some beautiful creatures & colours, ty!
Thanks. Glad you liked it
Superb. How were the Revos to dive with?

So nice 🤙🏽
Thanks
Fantastic 👍 what lights are you using and camera settings? Off to Egypt this month and don’t want to ruin the footage.
