I love baking and my mom is diabetic so I had to stop for a while but these videos are awesome! They're pretty low on sugar so she can enjoy some of the things I bake. Thank you so so much!
I made this recipe last night with friends and it was delicious! 🥰 I love how simple the recipe is and the sweetness is perfect in my opinion - not too sweet (and I added an extra glaze of maple syrup on top of assembled apples). My friends and I also placed the sliced apples close together to make a flower pattern and it looked very pretty. Thank you for the recipe! A new way to use up unwanted apples :)
Wow! I just made this recipe for a vegan/vegetarian christmas/anniversary gathering in my home town (Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico), and it turned out so deliciously good. Everyone loved it, they didnt even leave a bread crumb behind, literally, no joke, haha ;) Thank you so much for the inspiration.
Personally when I make an apple tart, I cook the apple slices in a pan with some cinnamon, lemon and a little bit of water; it makes the apple "caramélisées" (caramelized ? haha), then I put the slices on the tart and the tart on the oven :) I love your channel, I learn a lot of great things, thank you.
Your recipe really great!! I tried this apple tart today and it's really delicious. Thank you Ryoya and looking forward to your upcoming vegan recipes ;)
Your videos are so inspiring! First of all, I am very positively surprised seeing someone from Asia being vegan, especially after having talked to one of my Chinese friends, who claimed that he does not know anyone being even a vegetarian... So I sort of always thought it's more of an American-European "thing" :) But other than that, I feel sorry for myself for not having found your channel earlier! :)
Viktorija Gorcakovaite Chinese and Japanese cultures are different and vegetarianism is far from being an American-European thing. What a strange notion to have. You'll find vegetarians and vegans on every continent.
+Viktorija Gorcakovaite Well in a lot of East Asian cultures, we're only semi-vegetarian due to religious beliefs, meaning we generally don't eat only certain types of meat. We do eat a whole lot of vegetables, though they are normally mixed in with meat to form a single dish. Depending on where in Asia we come from, what we eat is vastly different. Chinese people traditionally eat mixed veggies and meats, unless we live in more coastal areas. Mongolians and other mountainous ethnic groups eat more meat such as yak and goat, along with wild game. The Japanese eat more seafood due to their history of fishing. So since meats are usually not traditionally separate, most East Asians aren't full vegans.
Rin Natsuki Most people in East Asia are not vegan, neither are most people in Western countries vegan. However, on every continent you will find people who are either vegetarian or vegan. For instance, in India a large percentage of the population are vegetarians. And as it happens, I subscribe to a Japanese vegan channel called 'Peaceful Cuisine'.
+Sparrow Dean I never said we were mostly vegan. I was just explaining about what foods are like in East Asia, since the original comment suggested that they didn't know much about it. I live in Singapore, and half my childhood was spent in China. I know we aren't vegan except for a small percentage.
Do you think it is ok not to use sweetener in the crust? Use 80 g of milk instead of syrup? And for the filling to use dates instead of sugar? I try to avoid processed sugar (and sugar in general) as much as I can. Thank you for this
Just an observation, I notice how you do a lot of pressing down and moulding with your pastries, have you tried rolling it between two sheets of parchment paper and then transfer it to the dish? I've found it's ten times quicker 👍
is it really an apple tart rather than almond tart with apple slices...? i thought the fillings of apple tart are made of apple or at least are apple flavor.... Anyway the scene is still healing and beautiful as before ;)
It is possible to make whip cream out of coconut milk. SimpleCookingChannel has a video showing you how to do it. th-cam.com/video/xjpN9cjtG7w/w-d-xo.html I think yours did not turn out because of the coconut oil and the ice water bath. As soon as coconut oil gets cold it turns solid. You should try it again but leave out the coconut oil and instead of setting it in an ice water bath you might try just putting it in fridge until it is cold. :)
Beautiful video as always! Love the new music! Makes the video very meditative and therapeutic! Just sharing this video with you th-cam.com/video/NMOBO6DaqX4/w-d-xo.html which is pretty similar to your style and I love it too!
Did you try peeling the apple that way at midnight in front of the mirror? They said you can see your future wife if you do that at one single peel. I never able succeed at one single peel so i never try.
Made this Tart for Christmas. I used pears instead of apples. My family loved it!!! Thanks for Sharing! Greetings from Germany

It's based on my lack of knowledge, which I admitted. Simply because I have not met too many Asian vegetarians/vegans

リンゴを小さいブロック状にして、生地に混ぜるのもいいかもー
Beautiful! And seems good! But it's actually a cake in a tart, which is... a little too weird for me.
Just an observation, I notice how you do a lot of pressing down and moulding with your pastries, have you tried rolling it between two sheets of parchment paper and then transfer it to the dish? I've found it's ten times quicker 👍
おいしいですよ。
Just wow.Arigato!
so perfect, lovet

Can I use almond milk instead of soy milk? Also what can I substitute the almond flour with if possible?
Great video as always thank you.
I used wheat flour and it came out just fine ^^ it's really good!
おいしそっ
I am going to make it tomorrow. instead of cooking the apple, can i add some brown sugar to the apple slices, lay them on top and bake it raw.
Ryoyaさんのお菓子作りが大好きで、動画アップされるのを毎日楽しみにしてます!

You're reaction is funny
タルトの底に穴を開けるのは均一に焼くためですか?
can i use 1/3 baking soda instead of baking powder? Can i use honey instead of maple syrup?
thanks
like so good
เป็นตาแซบเนอะ
PC, can I substitute the almond flour for another type, and which one will you recommend?
Can I use other flour than wheat? GF or Buckwheat to make GF? Thanks in advance!
🤩🤩🤩
woooooowwwww
Any subtitute for almond flour?
All these foods is just for you or you have a kind of vegan restaurant?
omg i love you
can I use coconut oil?
c'est quel farine pour la pate ?
Is anyone able to post this recipe using amounts rather than weight? I dont have a food scale and would rather not have to buy one.
does any merciful soul know any of these measurements in terms of cups/table spoons ? :c
What kind of apples are those? I tried it and my apple slices turned really bright yellow instead of brown. It looks weird :(
豆乳のかわりに牛乳で代用できるでしょうか?
沖神 できると思いますがこれはヴィーガン料理なので使ってないだけですよー╭( ・ㅂ・)و ̑̑ グッ !

what kind of apples do you like most?
hippy chick maybe Fuji;)
Yes, more apples and less of that cakey filling.
Do you live in Japan? Or do you just buy Japanese items?
how can I get your cooking ?

It really disgust me how much oil you use. I don't mean to be rude, but It is just was what it made me feel.
