- In this video, I show exactly how to REV your engine while driving the car in tunnels and Parking Garages. It is very simple and easy. Also, it is only for Automatic cars.

NOTE: All opinions are my own.
It helps distribute oil throughout the engine and get the engine block and engine oil up to temperature. Revving the engine won't speed up the process. In fact, that could cause easily avoided damage. Cold revving causes abrupt temperature changes that create stress between the engine's tight-fitting components.

This is not revving. This is literally just accelerating. Torque has nothing to do ‘revving’. Revving is just increasing the rpm while having the engine disconnected from the drivetrain. I don’t even have my license to drive and I’d still know how to do it. Are you even a car person?

@@baselqashou5716 Get the car rolling, put it in neutral, rev it as much as you want, wait for the rpm to drop to idle then back into drive. Never put the car back into drive when the rpms are still high as it’ll cause the car to lurch forward. Puts unnecessary strain on your transmission.
This is what I do with my car. Every car is different so do this at your own risk. Other than that, hope that helped.

Yeah you can, probably wont be too loud since most cars will limit the rev. I wouldn’t recommend revving hit too hard last thing you want is to accidentally brake launch your car when u didn’t mean to

in manual u drive 3rd gear press clutch and slam on gas and it will rev release gas and clutch it will stay in 3rd how to do that in automatic

Mike Who Cheese Harry yes you can just make sure your rpms calm back down to where you’re speed is at you’ll feel it if you’re at high rpms and shift it back to drive. play around with it, you’ll see what i mean

in a manual all he has to do is press the clutch in and rev but for automatic im not so sure ive been looking and i cant find if its safe to switch from drive to neutral while moving ina auto.

@@ulid1571done it before and turned off my car before while moving, don’t recommend the turn off car one but if your in manual and you switch to neutral you can rev and throw it back into the same gear, preferably first lol
