Glamping in a Safari Tent at Camp LeConte (Gatlinburg) + a hike in the Smokies

- A few weeks ago me and my friends, Angela, Chelsea and Marisa spent the night glamping in a safari tent at Camp LeConte in Gatlinburg for a fun filled night around the campfire with hot dogs and smore's. This was the first time I've ever "glamped" and it was so fun! That night we had a pretty gnarly thunderstorm but it didn't stop us from taking a hike the next day on the Old Sugarlands trail. Sometimes camping is more fun when you have all the luxuries lol!

Campe LeConte is a beautiful campground. We stayed there in the pop up a few years back. Very nice.

My daughter and I glamped there a few years ago. Had a great time. I didn't realize the tents were in an RV park. Didn't see that view on the website. I thought we'd be more secluded. Regardless we had a great experience. It was cool to see your video!

That was sum nice glamming they sure make it nice for u all up there. They haven’t had all of that stuff for very long have they I have never seen or heard of any of that being at LaConte before 😁
I hiked that trail to the cemetery and the rock house several years ago and saw 5 bears on that hike.

Sure is a small world!!! They have great trails for day hikes and a really nice campground! Big Ridge is awesome too! My granddads farm bordered the parks property.
