Awesome review! As a beta tester for this watch, I can echo everything you said! The watch is a huge step for Coros! I have now made it my daily watch. The display is bright, watch is responsive (especially the maps), and heart rate/GPS is as accurate for me as you can get! There is definitely a base for MIP displays as well as this!
thanks for such a quick review. The difference between the 2 displays is embarrassing, the Pace 3 has a really dark display, I didn't think the Vertix 2, not the S, had such a dark display. Even between the Suunto Vertical and Race I don't think the difference is that clear
Hello. Thanks for review. You have mentioned in ca. 8 min. that Pace Pro provides ground contact time - is this possible to get from the watch? POD 2 is not needed for that purpose?
Does the Coros Pace Po stand a chance against the 965? Getting really good prices on the later these days 😂 More seriously, I am wondering about the Coros vs Garmin ecosystem since this is really what you are buying. Would the Coros platform be as inclusive as Garmin or Road Runner focussed?
I can’t answer all your questions but the quality of Coros watches is good. I have a Pace 2. If you are looking for a bright display you have to go for the Pace Pro because the other watches of Coros will have a less bright time display because of accu saving. Not disturbing to me by the way.
Your insight helped me decide to get an enduro 3, which I ansoultely love. Thank you

Great review 👍
Great review! Can you please also share if the Coros watches offer continuous HR monitoring every second as Garmin?
It has that option but battery life will be much shorter than the estimates. Those are shown for every few minutes monitoring.
Thank you! 😊 And yes, Anokhi210 is right about the HR monitoring
How do you think it compares to Suunto Race S and Garmin Forerunner 265?
I second this question, trying to decide between these 3 with HR accuracy, GPS accuracy and customer support if problems happen all things considered
Is it possible to add third party maps, such as trailforks or komoot maps?
I’m curious to know how responsive the display is from a gesture to wake it up when it’s off.
What watch du you like most of the. Coros pace pro, suunto race s, Amazfit t rex 3? Thank you for your good work.

As far as I know you need the Pod 2 for ground contact time.
now i cant decide between this and garmin 265
Yeah that’s a tough decision. Both watches are great 💪🏽
Garmin has more features, Coros is more simplistic and sport focused
Garmin will stop putting new features to 265, Coros will continue offer new update to their watches.
Suunto Race S looks good too and the Garmin doesn't have maps.
@@birraebici great point
On 13 min 55 sec, the battery lasting data between with always-on and without always-on is switched.
Yes, sorry about that 😅
