As I posted in the other video: Mihawk: 1.8 billion (Yonko level as an individual, but no crew or influence to back him up) Buggy: 1.5 billion (100x original frozen bounty. Former Roger crewmate, must die at any cost) Weevil: 880 million (+400 million for all the crews he decimated by himself) Hancock: 800 million (10x original frozen bounty) I think people are jumping too fast into the Billion bandwagon. If Yonko commanders are around 1 billion, I can't see a lot of above-billion heads around. To me, even Luffy will be always bellow Blackbeard until their battle. We should remember what the numbers usually mean: Bellow 100 million: All sorts Paradise pirates 100-300 mil: A really dangerous and infamous pirate, above the common ones. 300-500 mil: Most dangerous captains or powerful Yonko subordinates 500-900 mil: At this range you get the really dangerous captains and Yonko subordinates. 900 mil to ~1.5 bi: Yonko commanders Luffy got 1.5 bi because he had a powerful crew, a fleet of seven other crews, and was blamed for everything that happened in Whole Cake. That's a lot that even former Shichibukai don't have. We won't be seeing lots of characters around or above 2 billio ahead.
Totally agree, Tekking went overboard with the Billions, no Shichibukai deserves billion status other than Mihawk which I would put at 2-3 bil, and mayyyyybe Buggy at 1 bil for comic relief. Weevil, Hancock and Crocodile should be between 400 to 800 mil max in my eyes.
Seeing that Law’s and Jinbei’s bounties didn’t go past 500 for them being former warlords, I don’t see any warlord’s bounty going into the billion range except for Mihawk, and hopefully Buggy

I honestly think you're overestimating the warlords or the marine's fear, however you wanna look at it. Jinbei has a bounty of 430 million I think, in the timeskip he was allied with big mom, he has ties to fish man Island, I think he has a lot of connections in general and he is a master of fish man karate. Meaning he has clout and is a force to be reckoned with but his bounty isn't even close to a billion
It's because Jinbei doesn't go and burn towns. Not to mention he did not like going into the public eye much. Bounty will be produced by 3 things: 1. Power Level 2. Fighting History 3. Crew Jinbei wouldn't fight people unless he was forced to back in his warlord days probably

Mihawk, besides being super strong, isn't pillaging any villages or civilian ships and he even does the job of Marines by defeating other pirates. I really don't expect any of them, besides Weavile, to have that high bounty. Like Crocodile is rather weak and Mihawk might just get a high bounty due to how strong he is, but other than that he isn't a big nuisance.

The thing about making everyone's Bounties over a Billion because they are possibly as strong as a Yonko commander makes it seems like you're only basing Bounties on fighting power. You have to take into consideration that the commanders not only bring knowledge of their organization, but also weaken the strength of the corresponding Yonko Crew as well.
Jinbei and Law didn't even make it above 500 million in terms of bounty after they defected and after beating doflamingo Luffy had exactly 500 million. In terms of portrayal most of the warlords are below yonko commanders aside from maybe the top 5 warlords.
The warlords bountys could be so high because some of the warlords could have valuable information about the world government considering they worked for them for years and had access to places no other pirate's would like impel down
I think you're overestimating everyone's Bounties. Blackbeard has a bountie of 2.2 billion and he creates a much more danger to the navy than any warlord

We also have to note she tried to defend Luffy against Aokiji (before Marco came to rescue him), and though Boa can be irrational in love, she's also a very tactical, and confident fighter. She knows her strength, power, and abilities and what capability that gives her.
I doubt Mihawk has a bounty that much higher that a billion. Dude minds his own business and has no crew nor allies which makes his threat level quite low as long as he is left alone. I think the former warlords will all have a bounty in the 500 million - 1 billion range. Yeah Yonko Commanders have their bounties at 1 billion but that is the threat they pose as the top echelon of a Yonko crew that can order the crew around. I don't see many of the warlords having that level of influence and power.
I don’t see any one of them being equal to or over 1b other then Mihawk and Buggy. Mihawk because of his strength and Buggy because well honestly it would just be funny. I’d say every one else is 500 million to 900 some million. Look I agree that Mihawk in strength alone has to be really close to Shank’s because of there rivalry. And if it was just that I’d say close to 2billion for him. But Bounty’s are more then just strength. They are a culmination of many things. Your activity level as a pirate. Your threat to the world government itself. Your territory and areas of influence. The size and strength of your crew. And probably a few others I’m missing. And really Mihawk does not have/do a lot of those things. He just chills out on his own island most of the time. He has no crew. Shichibukai can be at a respectable 500 million and up. Mihawk yes, he's prbly worth close to 2 billion and maybe Buggy because of his known relationship to Shanks could also get bumped up over a billion but everyone else is fine under a billion, even Jinbei. Even tho Jinbei might get a boost after Wano which could well put him over a Billion. But I don't think Billions should just get handed all around ;D

The shit that Crocodile pulled, you gotta remember that the Nefaltari family was one of the original 20 families and technically at Celestial Dragon levels of importance(especially during the Alabasta arc, nowadays they realize the Nefaltari family could be a danger to the WG). And they had access to World Government resources too. Some of which are highly secretive. Someone like Doflamingo would probably be aware of what the One Piece is and knows the true history of the WG. Essentially, Doffy would be someone as dangerous to the WG as any of Roger's crew members(who each are very likely to have billion berry bounties each, which is a reason for Buggy's bounty also to increase beyond a billion, even though both Buggy and Shanks werent on Roger's ship). Jinbe, 250 million bounty before he defected, went up 200-ish million for defecting alone(which is 1/5th of the way to a billion), while he was considered very peaceful and probably only second to Kuma, which is an important fact. Someone who is much less cooperative than Jimbe, easily could get 200+ million increase for defecting alone. So lets take them all down: 1. Buggy, as mentioned previously, would likely be around or over a billion. 2. Doffy, definitely would be over a billion. 3. Crocodile would definitely be over 500 million as he both got extremely close to locating Pluton, nearly destroyed one of the original 20 families, participated in the war at marineford and is still free. So 500-1 billion range isnt crazy to think about, let alone that it has been at least 2 years since the war, and crocodile could have become a larger danger. Being probably very close to 1 billion. 4. Jinbe is currently in a situation where not 1, but 2 yonko could go down. Then he is also a top fighter on the crew of the next Yonko. If Luffy's bounty increases by more than 1 billion by the end of the chapter, each of Luffy's crew members could be considered a Yonko commander. Making Sanji, Zoro and Jinbe easily within the billion range. 5. Law, like Jinbe, is in a situation where 2 yonko could be defeated. He already is considered a dangerous pirate on the levels of Luffy and Kidd, he could very likely break 1 billion. 6. Mihawk, I dont think I need to place an argument here. He used to consider Shanks to be the greatest rival to the title of strongest swordsman before he lost his arm. There shouldnt be a question as to why Mihawk would have a 1 billion berry bounty. 7. Weevil, considered his (supposed) relation to Whitebeard, massive strength, he could get very close to a billion. Especially if he has been up to some shit. Which, we dont know. But a 750+ million berry bounty isnt unthinkable. 8. Marshall Teach, probably the biggest reason why Warlords are likely to break 1 billion berry just for being ex-warlords. We literally have someone who used the Warlord system to become a Yonko. They would consider anyone affiliated with the Warlord system more dangerous than non-warlords. Which is why currently, pretty much the entire marine force is set out to capture the Warlords. Something they never did when they found out where Luffy was going next. That's 8 out of 11 (ex)-warlords that have the potential to break 1 billion from what they did publically, let alone things they have done in secrecy. The only 3 left would be Moria, Hancock and Kuma. I doubt Kuma would be over 1 billion unless the WG finds out that Kuma has been part of the Revolutionary Army. Moria, well, I think his whole character arc was to show how much of a joke Moria actually was. So it wouldnt surprise me if all warlords would break 1 billion except for Moria, just to make him much more of a joke than he already is. And Hancock? Well, she is hard to consider. It depends heavily on whether or not the WG found out that Hancock was actually helping Luffy during the war while posing as an enemy. Which nearly cost the WG everything they worked for, for 1000 years. That betrayal alone could massively increase her bounty. Or if the WG found out that the Kuja Pirates actually were the ones who healed up Luffy and aided him to gain massive strength, while they dont allow men on their island. That also is something to factor in. So Hancock, has the potential to break 1 billion. Everyone besides Moria has the potential to break 1 billion. That doesnt mean they will all get 1 billion, but y'all forget that bounties represent danger. If a 5 year old kid would know everything about the history of the world, and wasnt easy to catch for some reason, even though he or she could easily be apprehended by an adult when cornered, that bounty would easily reach 1 billion within weeks. People seriously down play boa Hancock in the series. The fact she barley tried in any fight she was in. Also the starting bounty of 80 million she was at was frozen like you said for 11 years she would have had a much higher bounty. She defiantly not stronger then Mihawk but I think she be on par with doflamingo if not slightly stronger. she also has all 3 types of haki like Luffy does she is conquers. Her fruit we yet to see a awakening I will go on a limb say she has awakened it at this point. She shown the ability to defeat vice admirals with easy which the vice admiral she beat became a Admiral I believe. Smoker was easy, the pacifista's the two she beat in one kick each was a feat luffy showed only 2 years later. imagine her using her actual awakening though she might be able to use the stone figures or make love love field that turns everything it touches around her in a radios into stone. Also i doubt boa Hancock is going to get captured or anything she kinda foreshadowed being apart of the big war arc along with luffy. She mentioned him calling on her and her full force and kujia pirates would rush to his aid.

Heres my guess for their bounties: Mihawk- 3.1billion Weavle-3billion even Boa-1.2billion Buggy-1,015,000,000 Crocodile-580,000,000 I think the warlords having like yonko level bounties is a bit much, like yes they're very strong and dangerous but not like substitute (insert warlord) for kaido or big mom. I think at best you're right mihawk and weavle being close to shanks is fair like between 2.5 to 3 billion just bc of like how ungodly strong they are but the others would be more reasonable. Like buggy being just over a billion bc of his crew and connections would be hilarious but crocodile would be fairly low since he has been intentionally staying quiet. Honestly, I can see 4 Shichibukai with 1bil+, Mihawk (strongest swordsmanin the world, nuff said), Boa (an island full of Haki using warriors + former slave), Weevil (comparable in strength to Whitebeard, but specifically claims to be his son) and, of course, Buggy (besides obvious reasons, former Roger crewmate is reason enough for WG/Marines)

Gotta be honest, Crocodile is decently strong I guess, but unless he really glowed up for mystical plot reasons to make him actually a threat, I wouldn't hand him or Buggy anything over a billion flat. And that's really pushing it. Boa and Weevil make decent cases for 1bn+. Mihawk is a completely different story. Frankly I'm a tad surprised that Mihawk is even on the chopping block in the first place, given just how much of an enemy that makes out of him, but I like the 3.5bn range too. I get dissolving the Shichibukai system... My one caveat would be that Mihawk is WAY TOO STRONG to be treating him like any of the others.
I was also confused by how they viewed Mihawk. It seemed like better business to just leave him alone unless he had some priors that the Marines couldn’t ignore (like beating some top ranking marine before he was a warlord)

You have to remember that despite everything Blackbeard did pre/post timeskip he still only received a 2.3 billion bounty. Its a stretch to assume any of the shichibukai will have more then a billion bounty aside from Mihawk. Also Luffy is considered the 5th emperor with a 1.5 billion bounty, so if Boa Hancock has a 1.9 billion bounty she would also be considered an emperor, which I think is absurd. Let's also not forget that despite defeating Doflamingo, Luffy's bounty only jumped to 500 million. I personally think Doflamingo is stronger than both Boa and Crocodile. This is what I think each shichibukai's bounty will be around. Mihawk: 2 billion Boa Hancock: 550 million Weevil: 800 million Crocodile: 700 million Buggy: 1 billion (most likely as a gag)

Warlords are 2nd commander level. if you have them just a billion or 2 bellow bellow Yanko's, then the balance would be to far skewed towards the marines.

The thing about making everyone's Bounties over a Billion because they are possibly as strong as a Yonko commander makes it seems like you're only basing Bounties on fighting power.
You have to take into consideration that the commanders not only bring knowledge of their organization, but also weaken the strength of the corresponding Yonko Crew as well.

Jinbei and Law didn't even make it above 500 million in terms of bounty after they defected and after beating doflamingo Luffy had exactly 500 million. In terms of portrayal most of the warlords are below yonko commanders aside from maybe the top 5 warlords.
The warlords bountys could be so high because some of the warlords could have valuable information about the world government considering they worked for them for years and had access to places no other pirate's would like impel down

I doubt Mihawk has a bounty that much higher that a billion. Dude minds his own business and has no crew nor allies which makes his threat level quite low as long as he is left alone.
I think the former warlords will all have a bounty in the 500 million - 1 billion range. Yeah Yonko Commanders have their bounties at 1 billion but that is the threat they pose as the top echelon of a Yonko crew that can order the crew around. I don't see many of the warlords having that level of influence and power.

Your activity level as a pirate. Your threat to the world government itself. Your territory and areas of influence. The size and strength of your crew. And probably a few others I’m missing.
And really Mihawk does not have/do a lot of those things. He just chills out on his own island most of the time. He has no crew. He hardly ever gets in the Marines or governments way unless they are in his(Mihawk’s) way.

@@chriswilliams4993 You gotta realize that all defected warlord are/were either imprisoned in Level 6, or had their bounties massively increased. The shit that Crocodile pulled, you gotta remember that the Nefaltari family was one of the original 20 families and technically at Celestial Dragon levels of importance(especially during the Alabasta arc, nowadays they realize the Nefaltari family could be a danger to the WG).
And they had access to World Government resources too. Some of which are highly secretive. Someone like Doflamingo would probably be aware of what the One Piece is and knows the true history of the WG. Essentially, Doffy would be someone as dangerous to the WG as any of Roger's crew members(who each are very likely to have billion berry bounties each, which is a reason for Buggy's bounty also to increase beyond a billion, even though both Buggy and Shanks werent on Roger's ship).
Jinbe, 250 million bounty before he defected, went up 200-ish million for defecting alone(which is 1/5th of the way to a billion), while he was considered very peaceful and probably only second to Kuma, which is an important fact. Someone who is much less cooperative than Jimbe, easily could get 200+ million increase for defecting alone.
So lets take them all down:
1. Buggy, as mentioned previously, would likely be around or over a billion.
2. Doffy, definitely would be over a billion.
3. Crocodile would definitely be over 500 million as he both got extremely close to locating Pluton, nearly destroyed one of the original 20 families, participated in the war at marineford and is still free. So 500-1 billion range isnt crazy to think about, let alone that it has been at least 2 years since the war, and crocodile could have become a larger danger. Being probably very close to 1 billion.
4. Jinbe is currently in a situation where not 1, but 2 yonko could go down. Then he is also a top fighter on the crew of the next Yonko. If Luffy's bounty increases by more than 1 billion by the end of the chapter, each of Luffy's crew members could be considered a Yonko commander. Making Sanji, Zoro and Jinbe easily within the billion range.
5. Law, like Jinbe, is in a situation where 2 yonko could be defeated. He already is considered a dangerous pirate on the levels of Luffy and Kidd, he could very likely break 1 billion.
6. Mihawk, I dont think I need to place an argument here. He used to consider Shanks to be the greatest rival to the title of strongest swordsman before he lost his arm. There shouldnt be a question as to why Mihawk would have a 1 billion berry bounty.
7. Weevil, considered his (supposed) relation to Whitebeard, massive strength, he could get very close to a billion. Especially if he has been up to some shit. Which, we dont know. But a 750+ million berry bounty isnt unthinkable.
8. Marshall Teach, probably the biggest reason why Warlords are likely to break 1 billion berry just for being ex-warlords. We literally have someone who used the Warlord system to become a Yonko. They would consider anyone affiliated with the Warlord system more dangerous than non-warlords. Which is why currently, pretty much the entire marine force is set out to capture the Warlords. Something they never did when they found out where Luffy was going next.
That's 8 out of 11 (ex)-warlords that have the potential to break 1 billion from what they did publically, let alone things they have done in secrecy.
The only 3 left would be Moria, Hancock and Kuma. I doubt Kuma would be over 1 billion unless the WG finds out that Kuma has been part of the Revolutionary Army. Moria, well, I think his whole character arc was to show how much of a joke Moria actually was. So it wouldnt surprise me if all warlords would break 1 billion except for Moria, just to make him much more of a joke than he already is. And Hancock? Well, she is hard to consider. It depends heavily on whether or not the WG found out that Hancock was actually helping Luffy during the war while posing as an enemy. Which nearly cost the WG everything they worked for, for 1000 years. That betrayal alone could massively increase her bounty. Or if the WG found out that the Kuja Pirates actually were the ones who healed up Luffy and aided him to gain massive strength, while they dont allow men on their island. That also is something to factor in. So Hancock, has the potential to break 1 billion.
Everyone besides Moria has the potential to break 1 billion. That doesnt mean they will all get 1 billion, but y'all forget that bounties represent danger. If a 5 year old kid would know everything about the history of the world, and wasnt easy to catch for some reason, even though he or she could easily be apprehended by an adult when cornered, that bounty would easily reach 1 billion within weeks. Even though its just a kid.

People seriously down play boa Hancock in the series. The fact she barley tried in any fight she was in. Also the starting bounty of 80 million she was at was frozen like you said for 11 years she would have had a much higher bounty. She defiantly not stronger then Mihawk but I think she be on par with doflamingo if not slightly stronger. she also has all 3 types of haki like Luffy does she is conquers. Her fruit we yet to see a awakening I will go on a limb say she has awakened it at this point. I think the warlords having like yonko level bounties is a bit much, like yes they're very strong and dangerous but not like substitute (insert warlord) for kaido or big mom. I think at best you're right mihawk and weavle being close to shanks is fair like between 2.5 to 3 billion just bc of like how ungodly strong they are but the others would be more reasonable. Like buggy being just over a billion bc of his crew and connections would be hilarious but crocodile would be fairly low since he has been intentionally staying quiet. Honestly, I can see 4 Shichibukai with 1bil+, Mihawk (strongest swordsmanin the world, nuff said), Boa (an island full of Haki using warriors + former slave), Weevil (comparable in strength to Whitebeard, but specifically claims to be his son) and, of course, Buggy (besides obvious reasons, former Roger crewmate is reason enough for WG/Marines)

Gotta be honest, Crocodile is decently strong I guess, but unless he really glowed up for mystical plot reasons to make him actually a threat, I wouldn't hand him or Buggy anything over a billion flat. And that's really pushing it. Boa and Weevil make decent cases for 1bn+. Mihawk is a completely different story. Frankly I'm a tad surprised that Mihawk is even on the chopping block in the first place, given just how much of an enemy that makes out of him, but I like the 3.5bn range too. I get dissolving the Shichibukai system... My one caveat would be that Mihawk is WAY TOO STRONG to be treating him like any of the others.
I was also confused by how they viewed Mihawk. It seemed like better business to just leave him alone unless he had some priors that the Marines couldn’t ignore (like beating some top ranking marine before he was a warlord)

You have to remember that despite everything Blackbeard did pre/post timeskip he still only received a 2.3 billion bounty. Its a stretch to assume any of the shichibukai will have more then a billion bounty aside from Mihawk. Also Luffy is considered the 5th emperor with a 1.5 billion bounty, so if Boa Hancock has a 1.9 billion bounty she would also be considered an emperor, which I think is absurd. Let's also not forget that despite defeating Doflamingo, Luffy's bounty only jumped to 500 million. I personally think Doflamingo is stronger than both Boa and Crocodile.
This is what I think each shichibukai's bounty will be around.
Mihawk: 2 billion
Boa Hancock: 550 million
Weevil: 800 million

I like Tekking has been lowbaling bounties for years and now we are going with Luffy getting a 5 bill bounty and Boa getting close to 2 bill (like 300 k from bb...). I would say she, croc and weavil would be around jacks bounty. Unless they have some information as warlords that would make them get a higher bounty, like if Doflamingo got active again.
So now that berry is back to normal, does that mean this is like metroid and he gotta work his way back up again?
