I wish he had cared for his first son like that, it hurt Julian so badly for so many years. Hard to see your half brother getting all the love and attention that you never got. Paul paid more attention to Julian than John did. It is so sad. If he hadn't been murdered he and Julian were finally on the way to actually having a father and son relationship....until that poor excuse of a human being decided to cut John and take him away from his family, friends and everyone else in the world who loved John. Love this song but it just makes me so sad and takes me back to Dec. 8, 1980. I lived through that and the assassinations of President Kennedy, Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King. Lennon's assasination was the worst for me, I felt like I had lost a family member. It was horrible.
