The Integration of Non-Duality: Bringing realization into everyday life | Kavi Jezzie Hockaday

  • In this video I talk about my personal experience with deep spiritual transformation, emphasizing that true spiritual growth requires more than mental understanding or philosophical inquiry.
It calls for a holistic, embodied experience where the mind, emotions, and body are integrated. The metaphor of a tree, with roots connected to the earth and branches reaching toward the heavens, speaks to how spiritual awakening is a full-body experience that encompasses emotional and physical healing.
The spiritual journey involves addressing rigid beliefs, emotional trauma, and physical tension to allow the body to relax and soften. This process of "cleaning the temple" enables the divine flow of energy, with the ultimate goal of becoming an "empty vessel" for divine light.
What I speak about is the importance of addressing emotional patterns, past traumas, and conditioned beliefs that keep people stuck in cycles of fear and pain. I encourage a process of surrender and acceptance of the unknown, rather than trying to control or resist the discomfort of transformation. The spiritual journey is not about seeking results but about committing to the process of continual self-exploration and healing.

Thanks I realised I hadn't let go of my Mum. I am still trying to alleviate her suffering ....that was my job from when I was very young. She died in my arms ....I told her it was ok to go. But until today I hadn't really let her go. Maybe this realisation will be enough or maybe it is the start of something.

I label things throughout the day. This helps me to notice pain or stress.

If nonduality refers to wholeness how is that "integrated" into anything? I'm being rhetorical here.
