When the musicianship and composition is jaw-dropping, that's more than enough, but when the thing hits you in the feels too, uplifting and wildly euphoric.... then you have a masterpiece

This is a masterpiece imho. Polyrhythmic, a one handed piano solo by Rai Thistlethwayte, the strings! What's not to like?!?!?

Not many realise that's Rai Thistlethwayte from Thirsty Merc playing that piano.

Hey mate, as a fellow metal head and huge Knower fan, let me tell you this is the finest album I've heard in the 2000s. Yea I'll say best album I've heard in the last 25 years (by coincidence, I am 50 as of today). You might want to check out the tune "Nightmare" from the same album, it has the darkest feel too it, apropos to metal. (yea, I know Knower isn't metal but at 50, it's what I need)

Oh mate I totally get that. I used to be all in on obscure death metal and extreme metal. Now I’m all about memorable choruses and the good feeling it gives me. Sure I love the weird stuff but what’s the point if no one’s gonna remember it? It doesn’t always need to be metal for it to be enjoyable.
Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll certainly check out Nightmare as well.

Knower -one of the best bands out there imho…
Another fan of Knower and friend of Louis Cole, is Jonah Nilsson (vocals and keys) from Swedish fusion trio Dirty Loops, an equally badass band.
Louis once said in an interview that he tries to copy Jonah’s insane vocal riffs by knocking real fast against his vocal chords when singing 🤣
If you’re not familiar with DLoops you might want to check out their track “Work Shit Out”, link below.
It features a serious keyboard as well as a drum solo… 🔥🔥🔥
These guys are second to none 🤘✌️👌👍
    Cheers 🙏

The whole Knower universe is sic! There is crazy shit with Louis and Genevieve with big bands like Snarky Puppy. Check out Genevieve Artadi song " Visionary". Louis plays drums . Love their early stuff also like "gotta be another way". Louis Cole " Bitches" and "Weird part of the Night" also sweet.😊😊

Sorry, but the Clown Core vibes I get too with this song are wayyyyy too hard 😅. It must be Cole and companion. First loved Knower through TH-cam recommendations years ago and then somewhat randomly Clown Core popped up. Coincidence? I don't think so.

I have no idea how anyone could be so dense if you are serious. If a piece of music isn't for you that's fine, but how can you deny the skill on display here?
Are people only talented if it's a genre you like?
