I was obese when I was in my early 20s. 4'9, almost 200ibs (yes, that is way overweight for my height) and I ended up losing it and gaining it back (got pregnant) and now at 26 I am at around 120, and jesus christ I will NEVER be that big again unless I have another baby.

i have to admit, i had anorexia and deep in my ed i judged everyone for how they looked, without even thinking about it. looking back, i did that because i was so insecure and everything i thought of other people were reflections of my thoughts towards myself. i never said anything negative towards anyone of course, and it baffles me now that i used to immedeately think about other peoples looks when seeing someone. it doesn’t even cross my mind now. i really hope amber starts reflecting on herself.

When I was 300 pounds, I hated myself so much I couldn't look in the mirror or my reflection anywhere. I think I spent more time judging myself and trying to make myself as invisible as possible than paying attention to how big other people are. I wouldn't want anyone else to feel like that. It was awful. Mind your own business. Life is hard enough without your judgement.
