That lunch at the beginning looked really good, well put together. I do agree about the chicken though, i don't particularly like that kind of sauce either. She should have eaten more salad, it didnt look like it had any dressing on it though. A vinegarette would have been good. Add some nuts, raisins, apples, chow mein noodles, and it would have been awesome. If she's really on the road to better eating habits, this wasn't too bad of a start. She was able to stop herself from eating too much both at lunch and at night, so that is something. As for her 7.5, i think that it would mean for her own habits personally, rather than all around general healthy eating. I'll give her a "not too bad for the day" score. She wasnt devouring a whole pizza and a bucket of fried chicken, so, yeah.

A zero-sugar soda has zero calories ( not claiming its healthy just that it is in fact zero calories) and a Gatorade zero that size has 5 calories ( again not saying its a healthy choice) actually the zero does indicate that it's zero calorie.
