Bro, I just tried hanging from my doorway pull up bar and I could kick up 5 times in a row! I have been trying to do that for nearly 9 months!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
Mate this is quality! Hope this unlocks loads of handstand wins for you! I know when I figured this out, I added hanging to my pre-handstand warm ups immediately!
Fingertips, space, flat surface. I literally tried it 15 minutes ago and it really helped out alot. I appriciate you mate! Your advices are the accurate help that i personally need. Keep on going, you're doing great!
I feel like bracing from my core doesbt keep my body straight but rather, it nust tightens what ny natural alignment is during that portion of the handstand, which is usually my back being curved.
I hear this so much - a problem I had for a long time. Key thing here is to open up the shoulders. I have. A video here on how to do that th-cam.com/video/c3vxf1euvvA/w-d-xo.html but it is not a quick fix and can be frustrating, but the result is that your handstands just become so easy! Hope this helps 💪🏿
Last time I tried handstand practice I got horrible wrists inflammation despite doing the warm up. It lasted 2 weeks. Now I am not so excited to try again. Any advice for joints preparation, how long I should do it before even starting to train the handstand?
u should warm them up until you feel that they are ready, doesn’t exist a defined time, btw you can try handstands on low parallets, its harder to balance but for me doesn’t hurt the wrists so much
