Indeed so, Ivor. One of Brawa's finest with sound module this time not in the tender but in front between the cylinders, where it should be! Alas is this model not quite suitable for (the hole of) my layout, since there is one specific spot in a sharp curve that unfortunately makes it derail.
@@OsterthunFrits Hello Frits! Locomotive are not build to handle in sharp curves. Brawa recommended minimum 425 mm curve radius. The sound speaker in the front was not good place, because of the smoke generator makes hot heat up in close to the speaker. The problem are too by fill up with the smoke fluids which happens contact on the speaker.
@@andersgullberg, thanks for the update. I rarely, if ever, use the smoke generator (unless for a film recording), because the smoke oil pollutes the immediate vicinity of the chimney and smoking room.
Wunderbar! Jetzt sollte die Lok aber unbedingt noch bemannt werden!
Freilich, ja!
Very nice locomotive! I have this locomotive 40842 in two rail with the DCC.
An absolutely beautiful steam loco.
Thanks, Norbert. She really is.
Very nice model ! ;-)
