Mark you make some great videos!! My only complaint is there aren't more of them... I love and grow Macadamia nuts, so I'll definitely take your advice on this useful little gadget... Do you grow Macadamia trees as well?

I live in Florida and have a nice Arkin macadamia tree. It is about 10 feet high and wonder if I should prune. Also can’t find care information on the tree and hope you can give me guidance.

Hi Linda, yeah shipping costs are terrible it's the same for me when I order items from the US postage is way too expensive! Hawaii is a big grower of macadamias - I hope you enjoy the craca, cheers :)

I’ve had to sample and crack aseptically 250 grams of nut (no shell allowed!) and remove the shell many many times to test for salmonella ............ my gosh I wish I’d had this instead of a mallet.
