Hey guys!!! Today I have a good one. I’m giving you 5 reasons why your BlendJet 2 may not be working. I am no expert BUT I have a little experience with these portable blenders. I hope that this video helps someone who may not know what to do or expect.

I'm sitting here mad that my BlendJet was working on it's first blend after being charged for a week. Then I watched your tips and realized my arrows weren't aligned. You are awesome! Now I am happy drinking my BlendJet smoothie.

Mine wasn’t working at all. It was charged,not jammed and arrows lined up. I held the button down for 5 seconds and it reset it to work again.

Number 6- Sometimes it needs to be reset. Hold the button for 3 seconds, let off, then press again to blend. That's what I did to fix mine. Great video.

Thank you! Saved me the cost of a second one since I was outside of my warranty - arrows weren’t aligned. I had over-tightened it after taking it off the base & putting it back on for the first time to deep clean it. You rock! 😉

Thanks for this! I was ready to buy another one when I found this video. My problem was the arrows weren't lined up. Someone else used my blender and took it off the base. I always use it on the base. I never knew about the arrows until I watched your video. You saved me $50. I'm going to subscribe to your channel for more of your videos.

Of course check to see that the arrows are aligned, not jammed up etc. - however, make sure that it FULLY charged - the light needs to be lit up in a FULL blue circle .....

Hello mine is only showing the blue light without it fading,it has been still for long and it ain't blending
Should there be a rubber ring in both the base and the top? That may be why I can't get my arrows to align?

I am in a foul mood right now . I loaded the regular blender up with the my fruits and veggies and it’s not working so then I bust out the blend jet for the first time but it doesn’t even light up when I plug it in.

Hi. My blendjet was working really good but now when I'm trying to charge it, It looks like it is starting to charge and then the light turns off, then it turns on and off again, as if it has a short. What can I do?

I’m so confused. I had one already. Washed it tried to put jar back on COULDNT ALIGN THE JAR WITH BASE. NOW WHAT. I had to buy another one. Suggestions please
When you take the jar and base apart to clean you have to make sure the rubber circles go back in correctly

The blade jamming--while making frozen Margaritas--is why I got the XL (32-oz.) jar... and tend to tilt it.😉

Thank you. I bought 2. Could not get either to work. I rec'd replacements. One works fine- the other not at all. I am going to follow your first 4 steps. If it doesn't work, I will not get another. I purchased one with a cord that I keep at work-no issues. So, thank you for this detailed video!

Mine was part of the recent recall that could have caused a fire..........got a replacement sent to me after I sent in the seal cut up in 3 pieces and had to send them a pic of it. Long story short...I received the new one, but now it leakes...I can't use it.....Not sure if it's the measuring part of it or if its in the base. So not sure what I need to do about it....I thought maybe this video would tell. I can't seem to find a phone number for blendjet. I have noticed that the black sensor is not completely black on it, only half of it is...Wondering if that is part of it. If anybody here knows...hollar plz.

Mine wasn’t working and I looked a little closer at the blade. Because I didn’t use it for a while the blade was still and stuck. I took a sharp item and rolled it around the openings of the blade and spinner it and it started working again.
I seem to be always encountering reason #3! Gonna try and fill my fluid a bit more now to!

my blendjet has stopped working after 12 mths. its full charged glue ring light and when i press to blend it gives me a red light and then purple. nothing. it died. can you help kind lady? i have emailed support as you suggested.
Hello! I actually had this problem myself with one of mine after a year of usage. If you have Facebook you can actually inbox them as well.
This happened to me I'm close to my year. I bought warranty and did the claim. They denied it. I loved my blendjet 2. I like I don't know if I should even buy again.
Well damn. Mine does that and I just got it...
They said try and hold down the button for 5 seconds and see if it resets and charge it.
@Gabrielle Guzman exactly and I did a claim and got a new one but held on to the old one trying yo fix it. I read the instructions 🤓 so I knew about the arrows. I think I was putting to much frozen content
Mine just stopped working. It turns out the battery lead came undone. I soldered it back on, now it works perfect again.
I just needed to lineup my arrows thanks mama!☺️

I managed to snag one for free and it wasn’t working. I came across your video and boy I’m glad I did! My arrows were not aligned and I had no idea that was the problem! I was gonna throw it away! I thought it was just defective! 😂

My blende jet isn’t even last 15 blends and after I am done making one smooth it’s not even working and it has to be changed again and I have even had it that long I ordered it this month for my birthday and I have the Lisa Frank one help I contacted them and I am waiting to hear from them tonight
If a piece of fruit becomes lodged, I'll shake it and if that doesn't work, I turn it upside-down and remove the base and loosen the fruit or whatever is causing the blender to jam. Easier than using a fork and reaching way down to remove the jam. Hope this is helpful.
Thanks for the video! Ours also didn’t work. My mom made a smoothie and after 2 seconds it died every time. But after watching it she realized she made it too thick. It had a hard avocado, spinach and a full banana and maybe not enough liquid. We though the battery died already even though I only have it for a month. But then she held it side ways and it did the job! :) funny though, knowing it can crush ice :p

So I unscrewed the measuring cup to clean out the inner gasket ring due to apple seeds but, I noticed that the blade set is leaning to one side and it's not centered. Is it suppose to lean to the opposite side of the on/off button or is it to be sitting in the center ?
Mine is not quite in the center but it still functioned and I’ve had no problem with it.🤷🏽♀️

Thank u very much for this video it helped me tremendously with my first Blendjet. Apparently, I didn't have the arrows aligned thinking the canister had to be tightly twisted. But as soon as I listened to your instructions, I simply twisted it back a little to line up the arrows, even though the canister was not totally tight, voila problem solved! JUST LINE UP THE ARROWS PEOPLE! 😄

When I line up the arrows the jar is loose and leaks?
For everyone with red blinking light:
Take a look at the low edge of the jar, there should be a little black magnet. If there's nothing, so there is no magnet giving the signal to the bottom part. You definitely need this magnet inside the jar!!!
Mine keeps on indicating red n blue lights 😢😢 n I charged 😢😢😢so sad
Thank you for this comment because I washed mine and I noticed while washing dishes I saw a piece of magnet but didn't dispose of it. Took my blendjet to work and it would not work so when I got home I watched this video and saw your comment and found the piece of magnet. Thanks a lot. 🙏🏾
OMG.I love you I love you again. Of course those mini-arrows that we tend to forget when not used often when expecting to blend like other blenders on the market. Note/ tip: blender will not blend without water in it also + lid. Thanks x

It says that it should work for 15 + blends I even changed my blend jet and it hasn’t even lasted 15+ blends for today but it did for the few days that I used it

My arrows can’t be aligned. When I align them it’s loose so I have to keep tightening it and once it’s fully tightened the arrows don’t align :/

You have to put the jar and the base together and turn them both the opposite way until it is tight and the arrows come back around to meet each other
