Oh for heaven's sake! All scrambling to get in to their lovely accommodation. So many rooms! This is a pleasure to see goats so well cared for.

So cute. I was also going to say how the adults run to the barn with their heads down and ears trying to cover their eyes, while the kids just run! ☺
This really surprised me! Looked like the moms were even keeping their heads down to keep rain out of their faces. And some of them looked super pregnant...and running to boot. Such a lovely setting no matter what. 🎀

I had a big day at the doc and have to see a specialist. Kind scary. But you kids and their lovely voices made me feel so much better. They are a wonder. ❤💯🐐

Hope your visit to the specialist goes well. I have one today, too. Found out in a routine scan that I have breast cancer. Fortunately, It's very small and my outlook is good. So, it's surgery and radiation therapy along with oral meds. Today It's a pre-op meeting. Ladies, get a mammogram every year. That's what caught it early.
I LOVE watching these guys/gals! It makes me smile every time. They are good for the soul! Thank you so much for sharing these videos!

Happy Tui was the last to come in out of the rain! That baby must have been playing in the rain and discovered the rest running in :) and gave chase.

I don't know how hard it is to get started with goats but I sure want some.....
I have been researching all I can about raising goats but it seems hands on experience would be better too
If you decide to go for it you will never regret it. Go to herd animals so be sure to bring home more than one. And if you buy a male make sure it is neutered. It also will save you a lot of trouble if you research a farm that tests all their animals for the most common diseases so that you are sure you’re bringing home healthy kids.

This video was very disturbing to my cats. They are convinced I have some strange loud animals hidden in this flat black box I talk into. This is a warning to all you cat owners. Watch with caution, or they will circle your phone all night.

We have two goats, one alpine named Annie, and one Boer named Louise. They will both agree, "goats really hate the rain!" 🤣We move their hay feeder into the shed on rainy or snowy days. They don't seem to care as much about snow falling on them as they do rain. Even if the hose sputters as we fill their water buckets, they will dash into their shed. I love these videos.

The goats are very vocal in their disapproval: “this is not cool”! We’ve had a lot of rain and cold this June in Oregon. I try not to complain about the water, because I know how much we need it. And, I know how these goats feel; rain, rain go away!

I've been doing some reading from the web and it seems ALL goats have an intense dislike for rain. Funny creatures.

I, too, got a kick out of seeing them run heads down, just like humans do. Do they, like cats, go from door to door to door trying to find the magic door that leads to better weather?
And, oh my goodness, some of the pregnant ladies look like they have side-cars! Hopefully they'll give birth soon; they must be really tired of being so big and not able to lie down comfortably.

I don’t eat goat. I actually don’t eat any curry or massala. Not my palate.
@@mikekelloggs9379 Certain cuts of it are fantastic and much better than lamb or mutton and similar to quality beef. Much of the animal though is super gristly and not very good. Crosses the entire spectrum.

They run wild in the forests of New Zealand. If they can find a Nikau palm, they stand next to the trunk. The leaves catch the rain and direct the water to their point of attachment, from where it flows down the outside of the trunk, to ground. They are very inquisitive, intelligent funny animals.
Amazing how so many fit into that little shed.
